Fantastic deals when we went in on Boxing Day. Staff were friendly and the store was neat and tidy despite the madness of what had occurred the previous day.nnOne thing that I found really weird was the price difference in the fans. A staff member said the bigger fan was cheaper than a smaller one of the same brand because it was a ‘catalogue item and didn’t have the same pricing as the smaller one’ yet both were in the same sales area for the Boxing Day sale?… how is it logical to pay more for the smaller fan that has a lesser wind output?nnOh well. I’m sure there’s a reasonable explanation. The staff members explanation made absolutely no sense to me though. Maybe I’m just silly and not understanding it properly. nnCheers to the team!

I bought pillows on 11th January and I went to return on 2 days later and the St Luke’s store said they won’t take the pillows back even though the pillows are sealed pack not open. This is a big issue and they say hygiene and they said they wrote on the receipt which has little letters and people don’t read the terms and condition and on the bottom of the receipt. They should put a big sign at the front of the store or at checkout saying that we will not take back any pillows even if they are sealed pack. This is a big issue. This is kit good and this is very bad customer service in the site and on the phone saying that we will not take the pillows back. This is a big issue.

Terrible customer service, all I bought was a pillowcase and the fuss over it was such a waste of my time. They can't seem to process orders, can't talk on the phone properly and can't resolve problems. Utterly useless customer service and inefficient, don't waste your time with these people. Don't be tricked by their sales, the sale price is the price, just have a shop around and you'll see their sales are just a clever or not so clever marketing game.

Sales are the best times to come ! Was lucky to find what I needed in one store. Downside was not ideal parking available when crowds visit! Tiny carpark is not adequate for big store! Street parking bit tight as leaves access for road user vehicles restricted access!! Caution is required to park here!
