Great place to buy home related items. Especially during festive events. Lots of discounts on good quality products. Recommended!

Great Briscoes as it usually has items in stock and is quite clean. Only downside is customer service. I needed help finding an item and the staff member in the aisle told me to look for it in the electronic section, instead of directly taking me to it. Also, the checkout team need to learn to say hello, how are you or ask if you need a bag. Simply customer service seems like a massive trait missing in retail these days.

Of all the stores in Auckland, I rate this one number 1. They have a large range of products, sure, as do the other stores, but there's something about this particular store. I get that sense of welcome every time my partner & I walk through the door. The staff are very pleasant and will assist you where & when you need help. They have after payment and always courteous & patient when making a purchase. Parking is plenty, even when the specials are on. So yes, my wife & I love the place.
