I had a fantastic experience at Briscoes St Lukes today, thanks to Lisa's exceptional customer service. She was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help me.nLast week, I accidentally purchased the wrong frypan/wok online. I visited the store today hoping for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Since the item I wanted was no longer on sale, I expected to only receive a refund or credit.nHowever, Lisa not only resolved my issue but also offered me the product exchange at the special price from last week! This made my day, and I will definitely be recommending Briscoes to my friends and family.

The store has finally been modernized compared to the old-old store that felt like it was a World War bunker lol I felt very claustrophobic inside from memory. But now the store is spacious and bright inside with adequate parking and a great centralized location.

nUpdated renovated not the wear and tear tired looking old briscoes building.nGood parking with parking and accessibility.nThey have fantastic sales when they have them on and when it does it can get very busy.nThey have a pick up counternand also they accept afterpay as a payment.
