I had a very positive experience with the customer service team. The return process was simple and efficient.nDarrly Supervisor was professional, kind, and extremely helpful. He assisted me by updating my exchange even after the expiry date had passed.nnThank you to Darrly and the entire team for your excellent service.

Very poor customer service. Unprofessional staff not attentive doesn't care about customer, never available to help in store or over the phone. I called today to check the status of my order and the lady at the check out rude and unprofessional. Raised with the store manager Lisa and hope proper training will be arranged for the staff with an apology.

The store close at 5:30 not 6pm on Friday Update the damn opening hours on Google Map! Stop wasting others time!

nUpdated renovated not the wear and tear tired looking old briscoes building.nGood parking with parking and accessibility.nThey have fantastic sales when they have them on and when it does it can get very busy.nThey have a pick up counternand also they accept afterpay as a payment.
