Briscoes Panmure

Came in last week Friday to purchase some bedding for my son dorm during the sale, and the staff was superb. I assisted by a lovely young lady whose name I did not catch. But I do remember another day I came in with my wife she had very vibrant purple hair on a side note I found that very cool since I hardly ever see young people stepping out of there shell these days. She was not able to find the sheet which was a bummer, but she was able to assist me at the self service counter. Which my wife usually does for us but I was on a solo mission coming back from Bunnings, LOL . But yeah good customer service, store looked decent, and other working staff looked nice an smiley. Bought a powerful little low price Zip vacuum for my apartment late last year from Panmure branch,even when the store had no filters after 6 month filter change had expired:only had to wait a few days for new one,seems was worth wait:hope vacuum continues to work:great work Briscoes team!

Love how its not too busy, quite a lot of specials, good space between aisles. Very tidy

Unfortunately, 3 out of 3 items listed on the website and that I went into the shop for, were out of stock - not only in the Panmure/Sylvia Park branch, but in every branch on the north island. The staff were very helpful in establishing this and offered me to place an online order from a terminal in the shop with free shipping.

Store was okay, customer service was surprisingly decent. I went in last Thursday looking for some pillowcases and sheets for my new home and a very kind young lady I believe her name was Alysa was very helpful and made my shopping trip a lot faster. She also was very patience and did not rush me out of my questions like most people usually do which was good. Shelves were a bit empty but other than that I’d give it a 7/10 overall.
