I went to buy some Xmas gifts on Sunday and I was very happy with the customer service.I was served by a guy called Liam and when I told him that I couldn't find car shades for the car so he went out of his way to find it for me and came smiling from the back isles of the store and also helped me with my purchases and afterwards he also came and helped me with the collection of my online order. He was extremely polite,jovial,happy,interactive,smiling and quite customer centric.I was very happy with his brilliant customer service.Thanks heaps Champ. Keep up your outstanding work.nYou are awesome.

Staff SO unhelpful. Came to buy an outdoor set but after 20 minutes of staff fluffing around told that they didn’t have it. Ok, that’s fine - I asked if any other stores did. Staff wouldn’t look up and tell me!! Nor would they call and have one put aside. Never been to a store that was so unhelpful. Will go elsewhere in future.

Very busy shop especially when they run the special, you can buy almost everything for you kitchen need and some outdoor furniture. It’s a good place for shopping. VH

Great place to buy all the household stuff. Anything and everything required in your house, you'll get it here. Best time to visit when they have clearance sale. Dedicated parking space makes a easy access to the shop.
