love this shop! there is always an amazing selection of cake decorating supplies and tools along with the owner who is always so helpful and willing to spend time with you planning your cakes. i wouldn’t go anywhere else and have made some amazing cakes with the help of this store and owner

I knew Miss Bon Bon from start of my cakes order to friends more than 11 years ago. The Owner is amazing. She is so kind, nice and very helpful with all my curiosity and questions, everytime. She is at the top to do all the orders, helping customer and even so awesome to my 2 kids. The shop is awesome, many variants and beautiful place.

I love this shop. It’s my go to every time I make my daughters birthday cake. My projects are epic and are or almost beyond my capabilities. Miss Bonbon are awesome. Their sound advice help me work out all my obstacles or impossibilities possible with practical solutions and everything I need.

The amount of times I’ve popped in with last minute things I need for a cake and she always come through! What I need is waiting for me on a shelf, or Becky knows exactly how or where to get the info to make it. Such a well stocked range and pretty decent pricing. Always enjoy stepping into such a pleasant store

Not a great experience. I emailed her back in November for a quote on the mermade cake topper from the website, with a image of the cake I have ordered elsewhere to try to match the colours for my 4yolds b day cake. She responded with what size was after and a few other questions. I was out in Henderson a few days later and thought I would pop in and have look plus talk to her about it as she had not responded to my second email. She was stropy, rude and didn't listen, she told me she didn't have time to make one as she was far to busy with Xmas orders. I really wish she has told me this in my first email to save the drive from the other side of Auckland. She also kept telling me she didn't make cakes after I had told her multiple time I had the cake sorted. I ended up buying a box of pre made decorations, got home to find some of them were broken. Not to much of a big deal, it just the attitude of her and they way she speaks to her customers I will not be going back there.
