Massive shoutout to Xavier at Briscoes Westgate. Hands down some of the best customer service I’ve had in any retail store. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely went out of his way to help without being pushy at all. You can tell he actually cares about making sure customers leave happy, not just making a sale. Made the whole experience smooth, easy, and honestly enjoyable. Briscoes is lucky to have him.

Very helpful and friendly team. I found an item cheaper elsewhere and asked if they could price match it. They didn’t hesitate—applied their policy straight away and even beat the cheaper price by 10% without me asking. Excellent service!

Picked up a click and collect order from this branch. Boys were amazing. Easy collect didn’t ask unnecessary questions like the other stores. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Thank you guys keep doing the amazing mahi.

Worst customer service ever. All the other stores are good except this one. Have called them the last two days and no one ever answers no matter what time of the day. They pick up and hang up on you. Even the other stores have said the same about them. Just pick up the bloody phone
