Look Sharp Store Glenfield

I have had a bad experience at LookSharp Albany with them refusing to take my empty helium gas tank to dispose of it. However glenfield staff was very kind and respectfully accepted the empty helium tank with no issues. Highly recommend.

Store employee told me to go to Albany for an item that she said was in stock they had 12 showing. When I got to Albany, they had none and I was told I should have called before coming down. Poor customer service, the employee should have called or explained that the stock levels showing are not correct.

I bought helium Baloons for the grandchildren's Xmas presents the 2 days before Xmas, before purchasing checked that they were helium quality which they said they were. They didn't even last 18 hours before they were on the floor - very dissapointed. The staff were very helpful and the store has a huge range of goodies.nnIn reference to the store response - it would have been helpful if the assistant had provided this information when I asked. Thanks for letting me know now though - too late for this Xmas gift but I will know for next year

Great place to shop for costumes, kids birthday parties, and arts and crafts activities for kids. Prices are really good too!
