I had an excellent experience at Briscoes Wairau today. The customer service was outstanding, and I would especially like to commend Sarah for her exceptional assistance. She took the time to explain the different types of pillows in detail, ensuring I understood the options available. Her professionalism, patience, and dedication made the shopping experience smooth and pleasant

Recently had a really bad experience with this store. Was calling several times in the afternoon to check if an item is in the stock and no body answered the phone. Finally in the evening someone answered and confirmed that it is in stock and have 6 of those. Still not being really friendly either.nAnd then I came all the way from West to pick it up, only to find out that it is not in stock. It was such a waste of time and not something expected from a well known brand. Really disappointed.

Supervisor Charlotte was awful. Very dismissive and unreasonable. I purchased a fry pan last week which did not work as I have an induction stove top. She claims because I had a piece of butter in the pan it was classified as used. Obviously the butter did not melt and that was why I was returning the pan. I was also looking at refunding it for another one that did work. What is wrong with people. Try shopping elsewhere!

Well stocked Briscoes. Management, we do not need to be greeted by every single staff member on floor, it’s very unnerving and wouldn’t be fun or necessary for staff.
