Briscoes Glenfield

Heaps of things on special here. I bought a soft and nice doormat. It is good quality. Customer service was friendly. The shop is big inside.

First of all: 5 stars to Moe who was on the checkout alone and dealt with 4 clients whilst trying to help me get assistance on the store.nnI needed help to choose a product and I waited for 15min for someone to come and - as they were understaffed - no one came. Moe single handedly helped me in between the check out clients and I left with what I was looking for. I only took the product because of her work and her work alone.nnI want to make it clear that this is a note on HIGH MANAGEMENT, not the employees, not the store's management, HIGH MANAGEMENT. Do better with your budget.

I have visited Glenfield Briscoes for more than 10 years, and I have met excellent staff all the time. Still, unfortunately, today, 5/9/25, at 6:30 pm, one of the stupid duty managers made a black mark for the whole Briscoes team. I was disappointed with her talking style to customers. I have written my feedback to the higher position: We are not purchasing from the Briscoes Glenfield branch anymore.

I’m glad my cousin took me here found a great deal 1/2 off Delsey luggage’s during a holiday Anzac. We ended up buying 4 and they went back the next day to purchase more.

Went there on boxing day. Evie was absolutely brilliant and amazing and guided me really well. Despite the boxing day rush, she went out of her way to find the bedsheet and rug I needed. She is truly a star!
