Newina Rotorua

We had a lovely stay in Newina Rotorua. They had a travel cot available for the baby and he enjoyed the extra space of the flat. Bathroom, bedroom and kitchen/dining/living room were spacious, newly decorated, immaculately clean and stocked with the essentials toiletries, teas and coffees, washing up liquid and such. Milk is available from reception. The check in and the check out were smooth and easy, with a parking bay to help with the process. There is a pool on site but we didn’t get to use it as we were out most of the day. We only stayed for a couple of nights but we wish we stayed longer.

This is an amazing place to stay at. 5 stars! Has very good environment and the home contain kitchen ware! The beds are enormous. The pool is amazing, I really enjoyed myslef. It's not cold at all, one of the stuff members hand me the towel as soon as I finished the swimming. Fantastic experience! The location is awesome, only took me about 7 minutes to city center.

I recently chose the Newina in Rotorua to celebrate my birthday and spent two delightful days there. Here are my thoughts on the experience:nnThe hotel is perfectly located, just a few steps away from shopping and dining options, making it easy to find something quick to eat or to pick up essentials.nnThe infrastructure is impressive, with recently renovated rooms that are comfortable, clean, and airy. The heated pool is a fantastic feature, allowing for year-round enjoyment—we loved using it in November!nnAnother highlight was the well-organized parking, which made our stay stress-free compared to experiences I've had elsewhere.nnOur room had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly cozy, and the shower was fantastic.nnI also want to commend the staff—they were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. We were very pleased with the level of service we received.nnI believe there are a few areas for improvement that could enhance the experience even further. Firstly, the breakfast could use some adjustments to better meet guests' expectations. Additionally, having a smart TV in the room would allow for convenient access to Netflix and other streaming services, which would definitely elevate the stay.nnLastly, it might be helpful to add a note in the rooms indicating that it takes at least 45 minutes to fill the outdoor bathtub. Guests coming from the pool might expect to use it immediately and could be disappointed if they're unaware of the long wait.nnOverall, we had a wonderful time and would happily recommend the Newina to others. They truly deserve the recognition!

My stay at Newina Rotorua was exceptional! The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The room was spotless thanks to the diligent cleaning staff, and the entire team was warm and welcoming. The private spa and swimming pool were amazing. The location is fantastic, with restaurants and a supermarket conveniently just around the corner, making everything so easy. It truly felt like a home away from home with all the comforts and amenities you could ask for. Highly recommended!
