Saw Kate to get my daughters ears pierced. Kate was very friendly, professional and patient. They were able to pierce both her ears at the same time. The whole experience was positive and my daughter was so happy afterwards. Thank you.

I have just been in this over staffed pharmacy looking for a product and not 1 staff member asked if they could help. 3 young girls standing at the counter talking, 4 staff members putting product on the shelves, which I walked past at least 4 times of each group. Very disappointed. This use to be a great pharmacy to shop in and very helpful staff. I will not go back there again.

I had a lovely pharmacist help me today, I think her name was Kate or Katie. She was so helpful and really listened to my concerns and made me feel extremely comfortable and heard.

Incredible people and amazing service from all the pharmacy staff who go above and beyond to help sort out any issues or concerns. I have been a dedicated customer for 11 yrs after returning from living overseas for 30yrs and I never go anywhere else for all my pharmacy needs and they always have a great sale on great products. Highly recommended this pharmacy and the truly fabulous staff who work there. The quality of service has never changed from the first time I went there 11 yrs ago.
