Bargain Chemist Shirley

Had booked in a flu vaccine for 10:30am Sunday, arrived at the store for it and was told there’s been some sort of change and the vaccinator wouldn’t be in till 12:00pm. That wasn’t going to work for me, and no attempt had been made to notify me of the change beforehand. Was told if I wanted to re-book, I would need to ring the chemist before coming in to double-check they could do my booking - why is that my responsibility, instead of them communicating their availability to me? Managed to find a slot at Chemist Warehouse, but the next available time I could do is three weeks from now.nnDon’t usually post complaints; just tired of some of these medical businesses i.e. doctors, after-hours clinics, pharmacies etc. who take advantage of people’s dependence on them to provide such sub-par service which other businesses would face repercussions for.

I liked it. Staff were polite and I found it better to shop in than chemist warehouse where it's hard to find staff members for help. I will go to bargain chemist from now on

Fantastic service yesterday from a lovely lady. I was actually spoken to, you don't get that at CW. She helped me find a probiotic for the most affordable price, was happy to show me different brands and had great knowledge. Great counter service, friendly and patient with me using afterpay for the first time. I'll be back lovely ladies!!

Totally disgusting service today , i asked the retail assistant if they would price match chemist warehouse, they agreed, the price promise states they will beat the difference by 10%, i had to ask about this as this wasn't applied. Then i had to wait for this to be applied. They don't even know there own policy. I only shopped there to save a drive but wont be going back. Totally disgusting as they have a big sign when you walk in that they will beat any advertised price from a competitor.

The pharmacist was lovely and very helpful... Wait time wasn't long ... Plenty of parking
