Have been in many times over the years and not always had the greatest experiences - for the most part just put it down to someone having an off day or whatever - it happens. But today when seeking advice on products to buy, we found the customer service very lacking. the person was very dismissive and rude. we left without buying anything and went elsewhere. We have lived locally for a long time but won't be back sadly.
A huge thanks to Pam, Andrew and the Team. This is the first pharmacy in 10yrs that has got me feeling absolutely fantastic, even my blood tests are all back to normal, all from the suggestion of their blister packs which organise my multitude of meds is the BEST idea ever. This pharmacy is by far the best in Christchurch!nThank You
Hi,This morning i had the best service I’ve ever had from any Pharmacy in the New Zealand,I have a nasty burn on my arm and wasn’t sure what to do,so I went to Unichem Brighten village,they were amazing Shirley was great ,she looked after me big time,sorted and dressed my wound and explained how to take care of it,a Big thank you Team
Got a cardi heart check done.nNot sure it was worth it,got no results downloaded to app.nAsked for it to be sorted,never happened,got a form to take to my doctor,My doctor dismissednIt .said it was a waste of time with no results to show,and didn't follow thru with recommendations.nSo I wouldn't recommend getting it done.waste of time and money.
I been going there along time now I still really love going there I think it’s one of the best pharmacies around
