Traveled quite a way to get my flu vac that I'd booked online for, along with email confirmation, only to be told they're not doing vaccinations on that day. Wasted time and money getting there.nStaff were lovely, but I wont be booking a flu vac there again.

Had fantastic service from Dell yesterday. Hornby store was out of a product their system said they had so she rang 2 other stores until she found it and asked them to hold it for me to collect. Her whole manner and customer service skills were fantastic. Definitely will be going back here in the future instead of my local store.

Totally avoid. They won't answer the phone, they don't make up your prescription when you ask for it and give you other people drugs that could kill you with no apology at all. So much attitude by staff it's gutting I'm a nice person.nnGood luck you obviously don't need clients.

The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, always happy to offer advice and answer any questions you might have. They stock a wide range of products, from prescription medications to over-the-counter remedies, and their prices are competitive. I also appreciate their support for local initiatives and the general community feel of the place. They really go the extra mile in terms of customer service – everyone is so helpful and polite.nThe only downside, and the reason I haven't given 5 stars, is the often slow service. Be prepared to wait, especially during peak hours. While I understand that prescriptions take time, even simple purchases seem to involve a bit of a queue. If they could improve the speed of service, this chemist would be absolutely perfect. Despite the wait, the excellent staff and comprehensive offerings make it well worth a visit. Just be sure to factor in some extra time!

I bought the Blackmore vitamin c tablet 125tabletsnWebsite price was $14.99 and they charged me $17.99 and I tried to call them multiple times around 7.40pm , 25th July 2025 they did not take my single call. I realise when I check my bank statement they charged me $17.99. It’s is unfair and I have to go back for refund, it gonna waste my time as well.
