Bought several 1kg bags of products. The staff couldn't bother to help me with bagging, just watch me struggle, with other customers waiting behind me. You can start bagging when customers start to pay, which would reduce the queueing time. But you obviously don't mind people waiting. Very poor customer service.

I wouldn't go near this place! The attached photo shows what they think of the law.nnThey are illegally using designated mobility parks for waste bins. If they have so little respect for the law, perhaps you should shop elsewhere as goodness knows what else they are doing.nnWhen challenged by a disabled person, their staff laughed and then walked away! They have also failed to answer numerous emails asking for an explanation.nnThey show absolutely no respect for customers. Keep away!

For just over TWO YEARS now I have been asking the manager & staff to obtain the Easireader eye chart needed to choose the correct glasses. How difficult can it be ? To the manager, get it sorted for crying out loud!

Helpful staff. Willing to get and deliver product not in stock. Nice staff with excellent customer service skill, but much of the stock I was looking for was out of stock.

Hi,nnVery loyal customer... used to use your dispensary two to a few times a week but that turned very badly after a formal complaint. Then after a large store opened at Tower Junction, I am there maybe once a week.nnLast night I met a young man Josiah. Whoever raised this gentleman has done a beautiful job. It almost brought tears to my eyes how lovely he was. Beyond the call of duty to the extent he walked me to my car. I don't know if he witnessed it, but when I first arrived and note I am physically impaired and have a rare disease.nnI also carry a cane... which soon after arriving, I dropped and I OBVIOUSLY could not pick back up!!! Did anyone help me as I struggled. No they walked past or continued to stack shelves or just talk / gossip.nnSo embarrassing and so belittiling.nnWell Josiah saved the day telling me find things, carring them for me, taking my purchases to the front desk. Serving me at the counter and boxing up and walking my sorry self on the brink of tears, changed to laughter by his lovely professional and approachable personality to my car.nnMade sure I was OK!nnI can't sing his praises enough. Very, very rare these days, and to the people who just stood around. Shame on you.nnTo Josiah's manager or supervisor I will be back in contact too make sure this young man is recognized for his excellence.
