Worst Absolute worst refund policy ever!nnChemist Warehouse is a joke when it comes to returns. Bought a product, realized it wasn’t right, and guess what? NO REFUND. They make you jump through hoops, act like it's coming out of their own pocket, and give you the most ridiculous excuses. Customer service? More like customer disservice—rude, unhelpful, and couldn’t care less.nnSave yourself the frustration and shop somewhere that actually values customers instead of scamming them with their no-refund, no-care attitude. Avoid this place like the plague experience.

The only place I have ever known to absolutely refuse to answer their own phones!!! I mean name any other business that refuses to answer it's phones. Seriously, just pack up those phones & throw 'em in the bin, because you NEVER EVER use them do you. If anyone doesn't believe what I'm saying here, including the owners of this company, just try calling them for yourself & you'll see. EVERY time I get a prescription here, when I call ahead 1st to check they have my script ready, they have NEVER EVER answered the phone yet, so when you do get there, surprise!!! your prescription is NEVER EVER ready & they ALWAYS make you come back later. This is simply because of their total refusal to answer their own phones. Is answering phones some kind of class issue & beneath you or something? I mean WHY??? Pathetic!!! Grow up!!! & answer your phones FFS!!!

Good selection of products at good prices. It is misleading that they put up bright pink tickets on products which make it look like they are on special when it is just the normal shelf price. Worth a visit.

Has a good selection of items and the shelves are normally quite full. As long as you actually read the returns policy beforehand, correctly check on the website if the location has stock of your products beforehand and try to look for whatever you need by yourself first, you won’t have any of the issues the other reviews had And don’t get mad if they can’t answer the phone as it can be quite busy inside and they have to deal with enough as it is

Better to double check your receipt before you left if you don't wanna get an over charged by double scan. Picture shows how different of the cost when they scanned again.
