Terrible shopping experience. In the past years, I always came to this shop as a regular customer. I just spent a few hundreds of dollars three days ago, now it has a big price difference for pretty much everything I bought. One of them has a $10 difference, and I bought multiple same items at the same time. I wasn’s told any promotion’s coming in 2 days. Today I went to shop again to buy things, and found out the promotion. I asked them for helping deal with the price difference for only the $10 difference one as it’s a big difference I bought 3, so $30 in total. They refused to exchange, return or march the price, or anything. The only thing they said was they could not do anything due to the policy. In the end, I said I didn’t want the products anymore and was told they knew my intention and refused to take the products back because the reason was unacceptable. They checked the product on my phone a few times and kept saying cannot, they had to follow the policy. I also don’t understand if it’s not acceptable, why checked my phone a few times… The manager showed up for a sec and said could not do it and left. They don’t care about how customers felt but just rushed to let people leave…
I had a disappointing experience at Chemist Warehouse this morning when I asked if I could get a vaccination. The staff told me it was completely impossible because I didn't have a certain certificate, and they couldn't do it. However, according to the New Zealand health website, this location should be able to provide vaccinations, which left me very confused. I ended up leaving and calling Chemist Warehouse, where I was told that vaccinations are indeed available, contradicting what the staff had initially said. In the end, I had to go to Unichem, where I was able to get vaccinated smoothly.nWould give 0 if I could.
STAFF WERE LAUGHING AT ME IN THEIR OWN LANGUAGE. very rude staff. maybe a few young men who are kind but some are so so so rude. then I was shopping I was getting looked at badly. the BLONDE security lady followed me around but legit all I did was walk in. she was looking around the corners at me so creepy made me not want to by anything. do your job by standing at the door not looking at me. im a very normal person so be better. if I could put 0 stars I would. blonde security lady was majority of the problem talking about customers with the workers and laughing with them about CUSTOMERS. so so rude she needs to be humbled and fired. your a security worker not a staff member and your a bully.nUpdate october 2024nwent in again today as i was forced to. YET AGAIN BEING FOLLOWED BY THE BLONDE SECURITY LADY. very rude. stalkerish actaully. went in bought what i was FORCED to buy and then left but she just gave obsessed fan behaviour stalker vibes while following me. FIRE HER ASAP
The employees at this store are the most inconsiderate people ever. For some reason beyond comprehension the staff at the this store decide to take all the residential parks across the street. Leaving no spaces left for the PEOPLE WHO LIVE ON THE STREET!nYou have a giant car park at your location, use that over taking nearby residents parks.
So I did a click and collect order on a $230 perfume for my daughters 18th birthday and she went to pick it up and i unfortunately got the wrong one, she asked if she could exchange it for the correct one from the same brand, same price and they said no!!! Shocking customer service and totally unacceptable. My daughter was so distraught and called me to explain what had happened so I called the Riccarton branch 10 times and knowone answers the phone!! Totally disgusted with how they handled it.nLuckily I then called our local store in Papanui and spoke to Chloe who went far and beyond the call of duty and rang her manager and they happily exchanged the perfume for the correct one which was absolutely amazing and the best result ever, I’m so grateful for Chloe and the manager at Papanui branch for doing this for me and my daughter but highly disappointed with Riccarton!! Totally unacceptable and disrespectful and disgusting customer service! I would never recommend them nor will I ever shop at Riccarton again in my life out of principle. 120% service fromnPapanui and Chloe and her manager for saving the day and ensuring my daughter got the perfume she wanted for her 18th birthday , thanks guys you are awesome
