Chemist Warehouse Blenheim Square

Packed most days and nights, parking getting tricky but once you are in your are in. Huge selection and better than most chemists. Hot great specials, cheapest men's range, and plenty of tills so you can hit the road. Very busy blending road, often better go out the back way, swing attend to traffic lights by warehouse so get onto blenheim safely

The store is in breach of the fair trading act. I dont feel comfortable going back in store due the the dismissive nature of the staff when I challenged the price. They had a clearance table at the front of the store with prices to coloured stickered products. Yellow stickers stated they were all $15. I took 3 items up and was charged at the rate of what was written on the sticker 2 said 30 and 1 said 50. There were no $ signs and according to the FTA thats irrelevant as the sign said all yellow dots were $15 and this is what i should have been charged. I questioned the sales person who said its whats on their website however this is also irrelevant as with the number on the yellow dot as the sign is clearly saying $15 for yellow dotted items. It did not say yellow dots as priced!. I have seen review ratings of Bargain chemist NZ owned and will shop there from now on

Today at 6th July 2026.I had a very uncomfortable experience in this store with a security staff member woman with reddish-pink hair. On two occasions I felt unfairly singled out, including being asked to leave my bag at the entrance while others were allowed to shop with theirs. On another visit, I felt closely followed around the store in a way that made me very uncomfortable. It got to the point where I couldn’t properly choose what I wanted because I felt so uneasy.I understand security is important, but customers should be treated equally and respectfully. This experience made me feel judged and unwelcome.

Very disappointed with the customer service. I bought an item that was faulty straight out of the box. I returned it within 40 minutes, but instead of replacing it immediately, I was told it had to be assessed and I would have to wait up to two weeks. A faulty product should not leave customers waiting that long for a resolution.

Came to pick up my prescriptions this afternoon. They said there is nothing there. I said are you sure? I had a confirmation that my script was sent here this morning. She went and checked then said 15 minutes wait. I waited for 20 minutes, then she brought out only 1 item, while my doctor said 2 items, she said another 10 minutes but I had to wait for another 25 minuets to get the second item. These items are just normal tablets, nothing they had to make up or compounded. Ridiculous waiting time. Staff not even acknowledging that you were waiting. They just ignore you, even you stand in front of the counter
