Chemist Warehouse South City Shopping Centre

I am not usually one to post reviews let alone give 1 star review but from today's experience 1 star is generous. With never having any issues before with picking up repeat prescriptions for my partner, today was a different story. From being served and saying what I needed at least 3 times because the guy who served me was not understanding me to then having to wait over 15 minutes within that timeframe my partners named was called so I walked up and after the pharmacist gave the lady in front of me her prescription he then walked away ignored me standing there and carried on. I then waited a little while longer until I went up to ask for the prescription to then find out not all of the medication was given. We got the remaining of the medication after all that. What should have taken 15-20 minutes took over 30 minutes or a bit longer. The customer service I received was very poor. I understand mistakes are made but my experience today was terrible. Never mind I have never had such a bad experience before from this Chemist Warehouse branch. Customer service needs to be better!

Arrived here five minutes before closing and a super helpful man did everything possible to ensure I could shop and get my stuff quickly. I am not familiar with the layouts of such stores in New Zealand and the packaging is different so it took me a bit and he helped point me the way to what I needed.nnSuper easy. Batteries, sunglasses and shaving cream. Yay, a quick in and out. Exactly what I needed. Prices were good. Not great but good.

My experience at Chemist Warehouse South City was pretty disappointing.nnIf it’s not boxes of product scattered on the floor, it’s waiting forever for assistance, especially if you’re looking for perfume. Some of the staff were helpful, but a few seemed to struggle with communication as English didn’t appear to be their first language, which made getting help even slower and more frustrating.nnSecurity was visible and doing his best, but it was clear he couldn’t properly do his job because he was constantly having to search for staff to help customers. The whole place felt disorganized and understaffed, which made shopping stressful rather than convenient.nnIt has some potential, but right now it just doesn’t meet the standards you’d expect. Two stars.

One of the bigger Chemist we been to, and our last stop before headed back home - with a free parking lot in a massive carpark for 120 minutes.

Reasonable range but feels a bit crammed in. Customer service can be difficult to receive, especially with the fragrances, although they seem to spend time with each of their customers so may have just been busy. Click and collect was super efficient, within a couple of hours it was ready for collection.
