Its Completely nice store plenty brand and good products here

This store can’t keep up with stock demands. They are constantly out of many of the products, not to mention all the heavy boxes constantly blocking products and peoples walking path. How is this not a health and safety issue ??nPicture taken on Sunday at 12pm

Arrived here five minutes before closing and a super helpful man did everything possible to ensure I could shop and get my stuff quickly. I am not familiar with the layouts of such stores in New Zealand and the packaging is different so it took me a bit and he helped point me the way to what I needed.nnSuper easy. Batteries, sunglasses and shaving cream. Yay, a quick in and out. Exactly what I needed. Prices were good. Not great but good.

I placed an online order for Aptamil AllerPro Stage 2 after your website showed the product as available for Click & Collect. After payment, I was informed that the item was out of stock. I visited the store to confirm and was advised that no stock was available, yet the product continues to show as available online.nThis is very frustrating and misleading for customers. There appears to be a lack of coordination between the website, warehouse, and store inventory systems. Customers should not be able to place and pay for orders when stock is unavailable.nPlease advise whether my order will be fulfilled upon restocking and provide an estimated timeframe. If this is not possible, please process a full refund promptly.

Always so many staff at the counter but always takes over 30min to get acknowledged. Medication always arrives in but only sometimes get a txt to say its there other times I have to ring up and see.nIf you ring takes them awhile to answer and can never answer any questions they just have know idea what is happening with your medication.nMy medication for the last 2 years has always taken 2 days to arrive in but all of a sudden it will now take 2 weeks, and bo one can tell me why or if its just a once off. I leave myself 1 weeks of medication before ordering but now I will be a week without.nJust wish they could use their brains and ring and find out things they dont know
