I was picking up my medicine on Friday 13/06/2025 after some talk between the staff behind at the dispensary I have been told not ready yet. I couldn’t wait so I ask if I can pick it up Saturday. I went on Sunday to pick it up but still one item couldn’t be located at the fridge. I had to wait again to be prepared because this is my last day of medicine I have.nFinally got home and found an item labeled 240 tablets was only 180 tablets.nFunny excuse from the pharmacist he said he is from Auckland and doesn’t know who’s responsible.nOnly one repeat left and they will never see me again.nPoor service all the way.

Checkout staff are friendly and nice to deal with but thr pharmacist on duty was rude and very unhelpful. I had a rash on my wrist and I asked him if I'd picked the right cream for it, showed him the rash and cream he nastily said I don't know and continued on his phone. Pretty useless for a professional pharmacist. This is the last tine I use this store. This was at 1pm Sunday April 27. I HOPE HE SPIKEN TO ABOUT HIS UNPRFESSIONAL ATTITUDE

Have shopped here for a while with no issues.nThis time we purchased a pin lock for one of our kids. Re-set the lock and it worked for a week or so. Then it stopped. Tried to re-set it, change the code and nothing worked..nnWent in to try and get help or even a refund but the service was VERY short coming. Really disappointed in the lack of care to be honest. No help offered, no refund given or not even an offer to change out for another lock.nnSuper disappointed

If you have a policy on large bags , have a notice at the front door , don’t watch the customer walk around the shop like they are a criminal, if there was actually a staff member on the shop floor to ask where things are then I would have been in and out a lot quicker with my big bag !nnNot overly polite customer service, maybe teach staff how to approach customers and have them do it as you enter the store not once you have been looking for a few minutes.
