Don’t trust the pharmacists advice, was assured that the product I purchased would not cause negative interactions with my prescription meds, but my own research online after the purchase completely opposed her advice of NO harm, in fact it can cause quite serious harm mixing with my prescribed meds. They  are not competent and risk harm to their customers with their ill informed advice!

This is a huge pharmacy.  The biggest I have seen in my travels.  It is like a small supermarket.  The dispensary is right down the far end.  This caters for large numbers of people not very quickly and not very easily.nnThe service was not good at the pharmacy because they made assumptions on what i  needed going against what was prescribed by my doctor.nnLocated where you can always get a car park

Well, the farmacy itself is huge, nothing to say about it. Prices are good as well. The staff I talk to was nice and polite.

Had another pleasure of going to the Bargain Chemist Northwood to pick up mums blisterpack meds for her and was looking to ask the doctor on duty today 24th Dec 2023 around 10am onwards if they could help out with one of the pills she is taking which he did but then preceeded to say my reasoning as to why my mums side effects from the pill was not the symptoms mums doctor and mum herself experienced heard him say it to both of us that this pills side effects was an upset stomach was apparently wrong as that's how he was coming across to me about mums doctors diagnosis that the pill she is taking doesn't have upset tummy as side effects ... Is he saying mums doctor is wrong...how rude are you to imply any such thing at all considering you don't even know my mum to suggest such a thing please keep your opinion about that to yourself unless being asked about it...So I took offense to that and preceeded to imply I'm glad he's our doctor and not you which he took offense and nothing felt like service after that. I collected mums blister pack said thank you in the end and left so I thought merry Xmas to me no a couple hours maybe 3 or 4 go by I get a phone call from this same doctor telling me I'm rude and that I'm not allowed to pick up mums meds for her. she has to get someone else to do it. How dare you treat me this way your intimidating behavior is not how you help the elderly or myself in this manner and to think I even deserve to be spoken too like how do you think that's acceptable behavior how dare you Doctor Whoever. this behavior doesn't even deserve a 1 star if they think helping people with there meds is the only way and having a difference of opinion is not allowed you can agree to disagree who are you to play with my mums meds because of your ego Doctor Whoever.  you should be ashamed of yourself.

Worst  pharmacy ever and rude manager tried dictating what pharmacy I can go too she and others never hardly said boo they need to work on there communication and customer skills I'm a great person did not need to be treated like this plus management don't deal with complaints they just go through to the pharmacy and not properly dealt with worst manager iv ever came across in my life she showed her true colours
