If you have a policy on large bags , have a notice at the front door , don’t watch the customer walk around the shop like they are a criminal, if there was actually a staff member on the shop floor to ask where things are then I would have been in and out a lot quicker with my big bag !nnNot overly polite customer service, maybe teach staff how to approach customers and have them do it as you enter the store not once you have been looking for a few minutes.

This is a huge pharmacy. The biggest I have seen in my travels. It is like a small supermarket. The dispensary is right down the far end. This caters for large numbers of people not very quickly and not very easily.nnThe service was not good at the pharmacy because they made assumptions on what i needed going against what was prescribed by my doctor.nnLocated where you can always get a car park

Don’t trust the pharmacists advice, was assured that the product I purchased would not cause negative interactions with my prescription meds, but my own research online after the purchase completely opposed her advice of NO harm, in fact it can cause quite serious harm mixing with my prescribed meds. They are not competent and risk harm to their customers with their ill informed advice!

Well, the farmacy itself is huge, nothing to say about it. Prices are good as well. The staff I talk to was nice and polite.

Customer service seems fine. The pharmacists that served me are polite and efficient. They're upfront about the wait time and I have no issue with that. The sales ladies at the front are pleasant. I like this store as it has a variety of cosmetics, medicines and is handy for buying little gifts. I suppose the only downside is that the pharmacy can be pretty busy at times due to the fact this store doesn't charge for prescriptions, making it very popular.
