Chemist Warehouse Rolleston

Poor customer service, if you don't have the item yet on the shelf but have it at the back room atleast make an effort to find it rather than saying too many boxes to find,let customers do click and collect rather than making excuses especially if items are advertised online! Lazy and lack of good customer service. And Please to the Filipino lady, get better customer service skills, you cant say its a hassle because that is your job, You shouldn't be in that Job. Period!!! Staff are lazy and rude!!

Very unsatisfactory service. I had to ask them to check several times because they kept saying the doctor hadn't sent my prescription. I told them to check again because the doctor sent it right in front of me. Only after checking again did they confirm they had received it. The whole process took far too long and was very frustrating.

Bought one of the prescribed medicine from them. Didn't even work. Then bought the same medicine from local pharmacy and did well. I am sure the medicine from chemist warehouse was a fake one. Next time i am gonna buy another same medicine from chemist warehouse and get it tested. Also needless to mention the staffthe pharmacist are ridiculous at Rolleston.

Frustrating!nTried calling the Pharmacy multiple times through the day to enquire about a repeat prescription.nThey don't answer their phone!!

Went to get my prescription and staff asking me to pay for the medicine, im getting same medicine from few years and no one ever asked to pay for it. Never going back here.
