Comfortable, clean and close to town and gardens.nnFull kitchen amenities, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer was super handy for a family.nnGood value for money.nnHard to control temperature in the rooms. Gets quite hot upstairs.nnBeautiful views from our 2bed balcony apartment.

Absolutely amazing staff! That’s what I must highlight above all. They are so well trained, kind, helpful, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. The manager especially was so attentive and willing to assist that I really can’t compare it to anywhere else. The workers here deserve an all inclusive vacation or something, at the very least. Seriously, amazing.nOur stay was wonderful. The property itself was exactly as pictured and what I expected. Within a short walking distance to downtown, very clean, modern. The bathroom was especially lovely. I also liked the sheer size of the hotel room- much larger than others!nWith the thin walls aside because the hotel cannot be judged on this because every building in NZ is built from cardboard, our stay was truly incredible! Highly recommend!!

My wife and I recently stayed for 1 night,there were no battery’s in the tv remote,had to go to reception to get some. The heat pump in the room would not work at all,luckily there was a small heater in the cupboard that managed to take the chill off the room. Was near on impossible to have a shower as the water was literally dribbling from the shower head. Not a great experience.
