I had a great stay at this hotel. My room was spacious and had an amazing view. The kitchen had everything I wanted and the bathroom had clearly been updated recently. It was also very quiet here. It did require a bit of a walk to get into the main part of town but I didn't mind. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here last week our second stay. We love this place. The location, staff and rooms are faultless. An error with our booking due to no fault of our own was rectified immediately and without fuss despite it being a busy week. We love the short stroll into town. The view from our room over the lake and Remarkables mountain range was spectacular. We will be back!

Comfortable, clean and close to town and gardens.nnFull kitchen amenities, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer was super handy for a family.nnGood value for money.nnHard to control temperature in the rooms. Gets quite hot upstairs.nnBeautiful views from our 2bed balcony apartment.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm hospitality and stunning views of the mountain and lake.nnThe room was immaculate, spacious, and equipped with all the modern amenities I needed. The comfortable bed and plush pillows ensured a restful night's sleep.nnA special shoutout to Hannah, whose kindness and professionalism were exemplary. Her helpful recommendations and friendly demeanor made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's prime location allowed me to easily explore Queenstown's vibrant town center, indulge in delicious cuisine, and embark on thrilling outdoor adventures.nnI highly recommend this gem of a hotel and can't wait to return.

Absolutely amazing staff! That’s what I must highlight above all. They are so well trained, kind, helpful, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. The manager especially was so attentive and willing to assist that I really can’t compare it to anywhere else. The workers here deserve an all inclusive vacation or something, at the very least. Seriously, amazing.nOur stay was wonderful. The property itself was exactly as pictured and what I expected. Within a short walking distance to downtown, very clean, modern. The bathroom was especially lovely. I also liked the sheer size of the hotel room- much larger than others!nWith the thin walls aside because the hotel cannot be judged on this because every building in NZ is built from cardboard, our stay was truly incredible! Highly recommend!!
