The staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean and well-kept, and everything worked just as it should.nnThe location is fantastic – just a stone’s throw from the lake promenade and a short walk into the heart of Queenstown.nnIt’s a perfect base for outdoor adventures, whether you’re heading into the mountains or exploring the lake.nWe will be back in December – and we’re already looking forward to it.nnTip: Book early – it fills up quickly during the summer months.

Absolutely Amazing Experience at Hampshire Holiday Park!nnWe had such a wonderful experience at Hampshire Holiday Park. The standard check-in time is 11 AM, but we arrived early around 9 AM as it was raining and we had nowhere else to go. The staff were incredibly kind and understanding, they let us check in early without any fuss, which was such a relief.nnBefore finding Hampshire, we had visited another nearby Queenstown holiday park due to its high ratings on Google. However, they asked us to wait outside until 11 AM, which didn’t feel right, especially in the rain. On top of that, they said we’d have to pay for the previous night if we wanted to check in early, which I wasn’t comfortable with. That’s when I looked for an alternative, and luckily found Hampshire Holiday Park.nnWe had our motorhome with us, and the facilities at Hampshire were perfect. Everything was easy to access, the bathrooms and toilets were spotless, and there was even a huge kitchen with an organised box of free food items. Guests can leave unused food there so it doesn't go to waste, a thoughtful and sustainable touch.nnOverall, I’m so glad we stayed here. The warm welcome and well-maintained amenities made all the difference. Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling in the area!

Not all powered sites had their own water tap, bathrooms didn’t even have a bench to keep your gear dry while getting changed, and cleaners came at inconvenient times. Bit audacious to be charging $70 minimum per night for sub par facilities. Location is picturesque as expected for Queenstown, but was pretty disappointed in the lack of basic amenities. Definitely room for improvement.

Been here many times over the years. It used to be great. Location is perfect. But it used to have a great toilet and shower block which is now gone and replaced with a demountable away from the RV sites. The sites are wildly packed now with no privacy between vans. Water isn't available on all sites

The only good thing is the location, which is right near the center with all the lovely cafes and restaurants. The holiday park itself is a glorified parking lot with zero privacy. Toilets and showers are in temporary buildings - not sure what the idea is here. Didn't like it, wouldn't stay here again.
