Had a lovely stay overall—the accommodation was splendid - spacious, well equipped and had a great view of the mountain.nnThe only downside was that the apartment wasn’t ready at the 3pm check-in time. I also found a used towel left in the bathroom cabinet.nnAside from these issues, everything else was great.

Amazing stay! The apartment is large, clean, and well-equipped the dryer function was a lifesaver. Great location with a convenience store downstairs and just 10 mins drive from Queenstown centre. Stunning views and excellent communication from the staff. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. My family loved it! We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Had booked to stay at the property and unfortunately had to change plans and could not make the trip, i contacted the property a couple of weeks out to see if i could change dates so that i didn't lose the full amount of my booking. the staff were not helpful or accommodating given the circumstances. very disappointed as i was looking forward to having the appartments as my go to Queenstown stay.

Very nice apartment located in Arthur's Point close to Queenstown. The apartment was very well appointed and modern with all the facilities you would need. There are a number of food and drink venues within walking distance so no need to drive in to Queenstown to dine out. Loved the stay here.

We accidentally booked here as our booking at Copthorne Hotel was cancelled the night before our flight. What was impressive was how we managed to book here literally 5-6 hours before arriving and that was a 5 day booking so we were really impressed. Once we got here, the place is just simply tidy and clean. the room layout is very spacious compared to hotels within the city. the mountain view for me was the clincher. It completed the queenstown vibes and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a really nice place. Will book here next time!
