Park Residence - A THC Group Hotel

100% recommended. Great location, beautiful view and very comfortable apartments. Lived there for a couple of months. Unfortunately everything is over priced in Queenstown at the moment.

5 stars for the rooms! We loved our stay definitely will be back. 100% and recommend to our friends. Very happy with the staff, they’re welcoming and friendly. Also the restaurant is classy and 5 stars for the view it was beautiful. The rooms has everything you need they even have a coffee maker and a great fireplace and a balcony.nn14 mins away from town but its not that far.

Our room was clean and nice enough, but road noise on the second floor was very loud. The heating controls were a bit confusing and the room was hot, even on a cold day. We could not open the windows to cool down at night due to the road noise. Otherwise, there were many facilities to use though dated and the gym had a great view.

Beautiful apartments, brand new with top of the line appliances including heated towel racks and heated bathroom tiles. Spacious and clean, views are breathtaking from every room. Only downside was the room service was not very thorough as they left rubbish in the room and didn’t vacuum or wipe down counters etc.

I've stayed at hotels around the world, but I don't think I've ever had the level of service I got from the Park Residence team.nnI'm on a tighter budget house-saving time! and had a voucher for a fantastic deal. I've used these at places in the past, and while some establishments treat me the same as everyone else, others see people use those and put you in the worst room, ignore you, etc.nnNothing like that happened here. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and had our best interests in mind. I got a massage for my wife for her birthday and that involved some back in forth to get it set up and to have it be a surprise for her, and the Park Residence team made sure to make it happen.nnAlong with their unmatched services, this was also one of the nicest rooms I've stayed in and probably the best overall experience. The apartment was spacious, fully-stocked with a full kitchen, king bed in a separate bedroom, and had two bathrooms with heated floors and a TV in the bedroom and lounge. I never heard anyone else around me either.nnThe amenities are outstanding. Made-to-order breakfast was included and I knew that going into it, but I didn't know the squash court, spa area minus massages and services, and the impressive movie room were complimentary too. In fact, they reserved that giant room just for me and the wife and then made us some popcorn and brought drinks for us too, all on the house!nnEveryone we met at Park Residence went above and beyond to make the experience memorable and I can't wait to go back. It's located about 10 minutes outside of Queenstown where it's quiet, comfortable, and a beautiful area. I doubt you can find a better value anywhere in Queenstown.nnGreat job team, keep up the good work!
