My check out there was noone at the desk despite it being office hours but I dropped the key in drop box and seemed alright.n- there was a plumbing issue in the room and they came within minutes to fix and fixed it quick which was good.nnFacilitiesn- studio was clean and spacious. Had tea/coffee, some basic things like cutlery microwave kitchen sink. Comfy bed, heating, and fan provided too.n- the body soap and dish soap is the same and is very drying and would not recommend for your shower but works as a detergent but is quite watery. We stayed for two nights in a campervan and really enjoyed the experience. The facilities were excellent, we were positioned just near the camp kitchen and bathrooms which was a complete bonus!! and the campground had a fun, quirky vibe with its art sculptures and well-kept BBQ areas. The location is fantastic—an easy walk to the town centre, the gondola, and the lake.nnThe staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were clean and well designed. I especially loved the unique murals in the bathrooms, along with the great water pressure and spacious layout. Overall, a well-managed place with loads of character.
Very cool, quirky and environmentally friendly holiday park in the perfect location just outside of town.nTheir set up is great, the facilities and kitchens are perfect with cosy and homely chill out areas and funky art installations around the park.nThe water from the well/filter is the best !!nnPerfect place to park the van in queenstown, just wish we could have stayed longer!nGreat staff they’re very helpful!
Wecouple booked by e-mail and stayed here for one week. One of the best campground setting in the quiet and good scenic place for 1 month over till now in NZ. All staffs are professional with big smile. Specially what we love, there is no specific closed time for cleaning in the kitchen and toilets like other campgrounds. Staffs don’t bother to use even if you’re still inside. Moreover there are separate kitchens and bathrooms available. Well maintainedbravo recycling system and super clean! I highly recommend you choose this basecamp for walking aroundeasy accessible center, supermarket, gondola station including Ben Lomond trail, exploring Glenochy and Arrowtown as well. Thank you, it was quite nice relaxing time.
Very well run and operated, friendly staff. The two younger British receptionists couldn't have been more friendly and accomodating. 3 minite walk into town, reasonable prices for camp sites given location and time of year.
