Today, I visited your emergency department for my treatment, and I received excellent care. The doctor was very supportive and respectful, and also the entire staff was extremely supportive too.nI would especially like to thank the nurse who kindly offered me coffee and biscuits free of cost when she noticed that I was hungry. I am very grateful to her. Really appreciate her.nnThank you so much to her and to the entire department. I am feeling completely fine now. Thanks a lot.
Terrible service for a little town, waisted 3 hours and was told potentially another hour of wait to see the doc. I was the only one in the waiting room! I had intense pain in my ear for over 3 days, couldn't get any sleep and went in with a severe headache and nausea.
Thanks to all the staff there that looked after me after my crash on the bike... Was my first proper accident and time in hospital and everyone from reception, triage nurse, nurses and doctors were awesome and super patient. Got treated so well and clearly explained everything, made me feel real safe, special thanks to Patrick, Anthony, and the really nice nurse with glasses! So sorry forgot the name!!
My first time in a hospital with a broken leg and the experience brought about by the LDH was absolutely wonderful. The staff were the kindest, most patient and caring group from the nurses to doctors to reception. Can't thank the team enough for my care.
Nothing but praise for this rural hospital. I am on holiday from Australia and needed medical attention fast. From the moment I walked into emergency I was treated with kindness and compassion. So the nurses, doctors and admin staff were wonderful to me. They not only took care of my physical health but we're kind and reassuring with my emotional distress. Dr Gaynor and Dr Patrick were thorough and left no stone unturned to ensure my diagnosis was accurate and I had a treatment plan to go on with back home and could continue my holiday. This is a small rural hospital that totally gets it right. The negative comments left do not in any way reflect what I saw there and what others have told me. I think some people have expectations that are unrealistic and this hospital is not deserving of them.
