Pacific Radiology - Queenstown - Kawarau Park

Me and my husband had a great experience with our 12 week scan here. They were super nice and the sonographer was lovely and gave us all the information we needed. The building was also brand new and fresh.

I had the worse experience I could on my growth ultrasound. It last less than 10 minutes because the lady was in a hurry to get it done.

Ignore the previous bad reviews:nThe front desk has changed and was very friendly to me. Be nice to them, it helps !nThere are blinds now to block the sun for summer.nThe MRI and operator was very good, immensely helped diagnose my issue.nI had an early appointment and didn’t wait long.

Had to deal with the rudest member of staff about getting an X-ray. I had all my info with me, which hadn’t been asked for yet, and they presumed that I had none of it and were happy to tell me they wouldn’t be doing the X-ray today. They told me to go to QT medical centre that they do walk ins from 4.30pm. That facility closes at 4pm I just decided to go a bit earlier. Really disappointed with the service that I got from there and the obvious misinformation they told me about the radiology clinic in town. PS Staff in the radiology clinic is town are brilliant. Would certainly recommend them over Shotover.

I have had the worst experience of the scan so far. I am pregnant in my week 36, I went to do my last scan and I have the rudest treat from one of the sonographer. Cero empathy in a moment that should be an amazing experience because you are having your last view of your baby, it is a really sensitive moment and unforgettable. I have to request other one to do it. Something that should be beautiful with a FAMILY atmosphere, kind and lovely treat to remember but some of the people who works there is No professional at all. I do not how long you have to study for being Sonographer in NZ but this career should include a subject on how to treat a patient. I know this is a private business and the important for the business is the money. If you are pregnant and you have to pay for your scan, try to do it in other part of New Zealand! I do not recommend this place!! I could not stop crying on my last scan, I am still very upset. Very disappointed.
