Good location, clean and tidy but definitely not worth what they charged.  This place has so much potential if it stepped into 2021 rather then the 1990s. Also Was disappointed that there isn't a spa pool as pictured on the dated website.  Lovely man greeting us at reception.

Lovely place and staffs are very friendly.  Convenient location, couple of minutes to the beach and the center.  Recommendable for all who visits Takapuna waterfront.

A really comfortable place to stay. Rooms are very clean and have everything you need; they are serviced daily by friendly and helpful staff. Wish we were staying longer, but we’re heading home to Australia today. We would highly recommend the Emerald Inn at Takapuna.
