I requested for more green tea bags. Not only were they obliging, they added some personal touch to it. Well done M social team! All delivered within 5mins!!

Stayed here during the covid level 4 period. During these worst of times, this hotel is nothing but warm, friendly and ever so accommodating to make my stay as pleasant as possible.

Food served was always very good. Staff Tip went on the extra mile to arrange a treat and a card for the crew as it was his birthday. Even though stay was short, it was still delightful!

This place is close to everything in the viaduct and hands down the coolest hotel in Auckland! Amazing staff and the food is out of this world. I'll be coming back for sure.

I had as really nice stay. The staff are extremely curtious and friendly. Rooms clean and quiet. The food is delicious. Thank you.
