Fernz Lodge & Conference Centre

My partner and I LOVED IT! Room was so beautiful and clean but the best part about it was the beautiful view to the city. Bed was so comfortable, slept like a baby. Management are the most friendliest people in the world. My first stay at a motel and I loved it. Highly highly recommend Fernz. We loved our stay there and will definitely go back. We stayed for 3 nights at this motel which is close to nearby shops.Everything was at hand and plenty of beverage supplies. The room was very clean, great shower and lots of soaps, shampoo etc. We also had a nice balcony to sit out and relax in the shade in the evening. Good parking within the motel grounds. I would definitely recommend this motel.

Fantastic stay, we really loved our 2 bedroom unit and appreciated the upgrade to a city view. Lovely, modern, very large apartment, with everything you could need. Short walking distance to shops, restaurants, supermarket. In the words of my 3 yr old- "the new house was my 2nd favourite thing of the holiday after the plane ride". Can't get a more honest review than from a child! The only small negative was the WiFi often wouldn't connect or have enough connection.

Staff very kind and helpful especially Jan who make our check-in simple even though we arrived late after office closed. Excellent service Good location n convenient to get nice food n groceries.Rooms: 4/5

Stayed in a superior two bedroom apartment. Friendly Receptionist, clean sheets, comfortable beds, enough towels. Cleanliness Dust and rubbish under the beds found tissues and a sock , Furnitures need some love specially the dining chairs, Wifi signals are poor.

Clean and very nice viewbut no air conditioning, better go in autumn or winter.

My parents booked the two bedroom apartment for a short stay before and after an elective surgery. When this surgery didn't go as planned, the Fernz staff were able to extend the booking twice with no issue. This made life so much easier for my parents and me!. I stayed there for a couple of nights and was blown away with how friendly the staff were. Hospitality at it's finest. The apartment had everything you could want for a holiday or short stay. The location is very convenient with plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarket nearby. It's handy to North Shore Hospital and the city. Plenty of parks and walking tracks nearby The beds were very comfortable and the views absolutely stunning. Thank you for making our lives easier and comfortable. Nga mihi nui.

Friendly staff, clean and tidy, amazing views, can't find any faults on this accommodation, and nice and close walking distance to the main shops.Rooms: 5/5
