Blonde Cashier was extremely kind and helpful. Helped serve us, put rubbish away, taught us how to use the burger holders, take drinks out of fridge etc. I ordered the Hybird, burger was humongous and worth it'd price, as I was left completely full and satisfied. I had also purchased Kumara Fries, probably the best I've had in a while, however the burger had taken a toll on me and I couldn't finish it. One small problem. Is that their tables were suspiciously sticky or oily. Highly recommend to ear at.
The service is good, but it can suffer from success slightly longer wait times, although the food is prepared well and with care, which is what matters most to most people. There are other food places right next door, so it's a good place to go with a group who has a variety of tastes. One of my group just walked over and got sushi Overall, pretty great, if a bit busy and of course not cheap Parking: There is parking at Windsor park church just behind it, so if needed that is within walking distance.
Today it wad my BD and had my breakfast from there it was an amazing burgers and amazing hospitality
The vegan Chick*n Little burger was surprisingly really good! The patty was moist and had good “chicken” like texture The sauces were a good balance to avoid dryness. Lettuce was fresh and crisp. Would order again. And glad BF have a good online ordering system

American muscle burger was really good as usual. The new coffee shake very tasty. The moto bites were a little dry however but not bad.
Been a customer for many years via phone and often eat-in too - my orders are typically $60-$100. Sometimes they would make the odd mistake with an order, but most of time there were friendly staff and good service in that your food was almost always correct and tasty, although it was never speedy in arriving at your table - I'd give them 4 stars. However, during the last couple of years or so some of the food quality has dipped. For example, chicken fenders used to be delicious, but after ordering many dozens hoping for an improvement, now almost every piece has gristle and fat and the seasoning is not as before. BF Windsor Park are making more mistakes with phone orders and by the time you get home, it's too late and some of the errors mean ruined meals for family & friends. Other regular issue is that they hardly ever answer the phone after 5pm! Dozens of attempts during an hour and you cannot get through - they do not pick up, or let it go to voice-mail. Very frustrating when you don't always want to order online, you just want to phone your order in and pick up. If you then order in person the wait times are, "just 20 minutes", that turn into 45 minutes. This is supposed to be quality fast-food, so when the fiasco stretches out to 90 mins end-to-end, what's the point? I used to be such a fan of the BF franchise and mostly avoided other outlets, but when you factor in the primo pricing, lack of phone answering, travel and wait times, it's actually quicker, wallet-friendly and far more rewarding to make your own burgers at home. Sometimes I now do just that using primo ingredients, making my own in far less time and with far less hassle. With the practice, I've got quite quick too, whilst BF all too often just stumbles...Yep, time to let go.
Made a phone order then went to pick up burgers were ready when I came to pick up but was told waiting on a few sides and paid, saw multiple of the sides ordered ready to be bagged next to my order. Cashier then proceeds to forget she put my order through the till so the wait ended with me going up to the counter and her realising. Really long frustrating experience where I saw multiple people get food before me., maybe the staff should be trained to scan who’s been sitting in the store for too long.
Very happy with the quality and customer service especially from Lauren. No delay or mix up and perfectly cooked! Can’t recommend this burgerfuel more. : Vegetarian options: Plenty of options for vegetarians. Burger options as-well as fries. Kid-friendliness: perfect meals and places for kids to eat comfortably Parking: parking right outside !
I've previously worked at burgerfuel, somewhere within the range of 3-4 years experience. I can 100% say with confidence that this store does not have good health and safety standards, they do not wear gloves, do not tie up their long hair, and they do not regularly keep the surfaces clean in the FOH or BOH. Regardless, they do make decent tasting burgers, but I gotta question if it's sanitary to eat. Also, you should not put the beef on the flat grill if the order is Halal, and you should not use the same spatula and tongs on the bacon/beef/chicken. Staff usually takes a long time to talk to you when waiting at the counter, even when the staff are chatting away with each other or not busy - I get it, it's a friendly team but customers > chats. Improve H&S, improve greeting customers, improve the FOH by actually wiping the tables between customers, and you'll earn yourself a 5 star review.
