Service is quite good. Nice coffee there. Cleanliness not really.. quite interesting to see young kids trying to hit on staff at McDonald’s and commenting on their size
One of the worst Maccas I’ve ever been to. Waste of time using the drive through for quick service when there is no line. Even then they can’t get the hot drinks out with any kind of speed. Ordered the breakfast burger and got home to find it missing the hash brown. Keep driving to the next maccas. This one isn’t worth wasting your money.
Very tidy great service and one of the best flat whites and chicken nuggets. Parking: Plenty of car parks with EV chargers
Busy fast-food joint, came here over lunchtime, lots of people queuing for their meals, UberEats, dine in and take away. Reasonable size restaurant with heaps of seating. Good for a quick bite, your ordinary McDonald store.
The server had a unique way of sending out orders2 at a time which was somewhat inconvenient as I only had a small order and it was ready to be handed over Besides the slow wait due to that, everything else was fine Parking: Exiting the parking lot is meant to be left turn only at both exit points. Shop is on a corner but has plenty of parking behind it
Three times I've ordered my vegetarian son a breakfast muffin without meat and three times it's got meat in it. On Friday we had to battle through the storms to get to the city and picked up breakfast on the way from this store. Requested "McMuffin with NO MEAT for a VEGETARIAN" got told "sure". Came with NO EGG and a rasher of BACON. battled the storms on return and called in to talk to lovely front of house - Rachel. She tried to ask her boss to speak to me but was told he was "too busy" and she should take my email address and he would "send some vouchers". She wrote my email on a NAPKIN. Needless to say, no follow up since. Yes there has been terrible flooding around - my street was affected, but not McDonalds on Constellation drive. What makes this manager think his time is more valuable than mine? I know people make mistakes, but it is clear that the lack of care from management around making sure these things don't happen is what's driving bad experience at this store.
I used the drive thru when visiting this store. My only annoyance is the use of a I'm guessing pre-recorded voice asking to take your order. I find there is often 1 person taking orders between the two lanes, so they take turns taking orders from each side. But sometimes you get the voice asking you to place your order, but when you start to they cut in and ask you to wait and then you hear them taking the order in the other lane. It's only a small thing, but I do find it a little annoying.
if you want your mouth absolutely rocked by a cheeseburger you must come here. CONSTA MACCAS NEVER MISSES. drive thru was quick and our burgers were already being passed out the window upon arrival. parked up and tucked into my cheeseburger which sent me into oblivion. perfect presentation the cheese was perfectly melted over the juicy patty. great balance of sauces and onion to burger ratio did not disappoint. great fresh pickles to top off the experience - if you don’t like the maccas pickles, get a grip. anyway highly recommend, whoever is on cheeseburgers at 1:45 on Saturday 19th Nov needs a pay rise. much love
I gave this a 3/5 because it wasn't the Managers fault. Maybe new company policy. I ordered a Mc Flurry and it came with no choc sauce, so I doubled back to the counter and told the supervisor they didn't add it. I left then returned and asked the girl. Can I pay you for the choc sauce? She said yes that's 50c. So why not just put mc flurrys with choc sauce and if McDonald's NZ is so poor why don't they just include the extra in the price?
continually getting our orders wrong on uber eats, the fries are half full , just a disgrace.
