Had cold burgers the last few times. Turned up early this time for takeaways to see the burgers sit there for over 10mins sealed in a box in a bag under a heat lamp?!?. Apparently waiting for chips. Staff didn’t care, even swapping soggy bags for fresh bags while waiting. Burgers yet again cold and soggy, chips squashed by sauces just thrown on top. I wouldn’t recommend this branch.
Good food, had an issue that was resolved. Picked up takeaway burgers and fries, arrived home 15min later and half the order was missing. Was unable to reach the store, lodged online complaint with national team that was either lost or not received. Local team were great in sorting the issue once contact was made, no issues with the food itself, what was there was great.
We had a chicken burger and fries. The burger was just average unfortunately. It was so juicy from all the fillings, they were dripping down our hands despite using the burger helper. I am thinking maybe the beef burgers would be a better choice, so I may try this again one day. The table tops were sticky. That's unpleasant.Food: 3/5
I recently visited Burger Fuel Glenfield. As I walked in I was greeted by smiles and professionalism from the staff there. The service I received was prompt and efficient, tables and bathrooms were spotless clean unlike other fast chain restaurants. Staff had my order ready in rapid time. My meal was 10/10 and would return and recommend to others to go visit!

I throughly recommend Burger Fuel Glenfield. When I walked in, the staff greeted me with friendly smiles and made me feel so welcome. Was met with some recommendations of their new offerings which I opted for. The caramel shake was so good and the burger definitely hit the spot! Will be back again even if it’s just for some fries and a shake!
It's okay, music and noise from the buses can be a bit much, not to mention the fumes from the buses that stop right outside. No fault to them, the food is great and the staff are good too. They greet you as soon as enter, and thank you as you leave.Food: 5/5

Good ambience, place is neat and tidy, ordee taking was on point.. Nicole was veey attentive to our needs. She remembered our ordere and was able to give it to the right people when she served our food. Don't you love food servers who know how to listen and remembers your orders? Shout out to Nicole for her attention to detail! Impressive customer service!
