Stopped in for a delicious salted caramel ice cream for my road trip home, back to Tauranga. Long wait to be served, under staffed that day, I guess! Was worth the wait, though. Left a token rock of happiness behind.Food: 5/5

Great pitstop for food and a coffee. I had eggs bene and it was fab. Good variety in the cabinet and my cooked order didn't take long. Coffee, flat white was good. Right next to a gull for fuel too. Recommend this eatery. Friendly staff.Food: 5/5

This cafe used to be my favourite cafe. I often stop here when i go to tauranga. But today the service was very horrible by a guy.the lady behind the counter was very sweet and nice. I ordered mocha with single shot and in dine in cup but the guy bring me in a takeaway cup so when I asked him he got very angry and bang the cup on the table, he was very rude and not helpful, even though mocha wasn’t with single shot. There used to be couple of young ladies, they were very friendly and nice. Never gonna come back at this place again.

This was not a great experience The lady serving showed no interest at all, no greeting when we entered the cafe. The tall blond old man with glasses making the hot drinks was miserable who had no customer service skills at all. We asked for one of the drinks to be extra hot, he said it depends on the soy milk and the refused as the drinks were warm at best. He had zero eye contact during the request. Left the drinks on the counter, no thanks, no good bye, nothing. Obviously no idea how to make coffee or hot chocolate. Coffee was awful and worst hot chocolate ever. We won’t be back

This is a brilliant place to stop and have a meal either eat in or takeaway. A surprising array of hot cold food some lovely cakes and great coffee. We had the special of pork and apple schnitzel with eggs, can come with salad instead of eggs, and a generous helping of chips, that wete by the way the best chips I have had for some time, crisp on the outer and fluffy inside. The service is welcoming and friendly, they actually seem pleased to see you! Would very much recommend that if you are visiting or just passing through that you check out this great cafe.

What a fantastic experience at this unique Café and Take-away. The service is excellent and the food well priced and tasty. Just looked at another comment from Julija Klimovich. Her comment on being told not to eat food purchased elsewhere on the premises is 100% justified. I don't think any Café would allow this and I stand with the owner and staff on their ruling. There is a sign on the Counter in plain sight that states this and even a Hobbit with high heels could not have missed it. Maybe she could take her own food into a restaurant ....... "I think not".

A small cafe and restaurant that provides breakfast lunch and cafe. Has enough seat inside restaurant and outside as well. There are so many varieties of dishes to choose from. Lovely view for outdoor seating and good place for small group.
