Yo, I love their food! It's so good and the prices are great. If I could, I'd eat their fried rice every day.

The laziest sweet and sour pork with rice for $21. Not even mixed together just the cheapest pink sweet and sour sauce dumped on top of dry deep-fried pork with small amount of rice and 2 just 2 pieces of pineapple. What a rip off. What a waste of money. Disappointing I use to come to this place before it was bamboo kitchen and the sweet n sour pork was it

This is the OG from Diamond Takeaways cnr of Great South Road & Market Road. They've been at this St John's location for a few years, and the quality is consistently excellent. Dish recommendations are Bamboo Special Fried Rice, Sweet n Sour wontons, lemon chicken, egg foo yong, vegetable chow mein, and the curry spring rolls. Definitely call your order through. Otherwise, expect to wait.

Delicious food and the friendly service is second to none. Highly recommended are the Bamboo Special Hong Kong Style Chow Mein, Bamboo Special Chow Mein, Pad Thai, and Steak Hor Fun!

We often get takeaways from this restaurant since its very close to our home. Tastes great, generous portions, fast and efficient.
