A true local hidden gem, nothing fancy but just here for the good food. Their roast duck is the best in Auckland, the crispy skin and amber-coloured, that’s when you know they GOT it!!

When I’m craving roast duck, I don’t mind traveling all the way from the North to the South , that’s how good this place is. So far, it’s the best roast duck I’ve had. The skin is crispy, the meat is juicy, and the flavor is really well-seasoned.nnIf you’re planning to get half or a whole duck, it’s best to pre-order a day in advance to make sure you don’t miss out , it tends to sell quickly.nnI also had the roast pork today. It was still tasty, but the portion I got had a bit too much fat for my liking. I usually prefer a better balance between fat and meat.nnOverall, still a solid meal and always worth the trip!
