Pretty good Yum Cha/Dim Sum place. Pricing wise, definitely more pricier than others, but cleaner than lots of places. A lot of choices, however there’s a seat time limit of 1.5 hours and they won’t let you in unless your whole party is here waiting at the lobby. Good experience overall though.

Our group of 9 dined here for late lunch. The place was packed, a good sign of how popular it is. We had a short wait, about 10 minutes there were others waiting too. We had Yum Cha service and the food was delicious! Staff were very organised and quick with any service requests. Great atmosphere! I’d dine here again.

My husband and I went to Grand Park Chinese Seafood Restaurant for dim sum lunch on Good Friday 29/3/2024.nnWe have been there for the first time. We ordered some dim sum dishes there. However, we reckon the taste and flavour were still not good enough and Pearl Garden is the best from our point of view.nnAnyway, you can go there and try some dim sum dishes there if you live in Epsom.

I came here with my family for Yum-cha over the Matariki weekend and enjoyed the food. We came towards the end of the service, and I thought we would miss out. But we had plenty of food served to us, and very quick-like also. Many thanks to the team here, we enjoyed ourselves immensly.

It's always super busy for Yum Cha, no matter what day of the week. Be prepared to wait. However, dinner time has great ambience and you can reserve a private room also. Fresh live seafood, ask for the price and weight. Excellent service and food came out promptly
