This is our favourite spot for Yumchaa mainly because you always get a chair you can order straight from the menu you don’t have to wait for the cuts to come around which we enjoyed because we don’t have time to wait the crispy prawn rice pepper rolls are probably the best and I highly recommend getting those

My first visit. Nice yum cha restaurant with plenty of parking outside and near countdown. Food is good but found the deep fried squid a bit too fishy... egg tarts were nice and freshly baked. Dumplings were delicious. Food is ordered from the menu rather than from the cart. Plenty of space to move around and not squished too closely next to other tables. It was a good dining experience
Food is very nice and lots of dim sum to offer and came very fast and hot. Just outside corner of countdown with plenty of parking. Just to note it’s 90min so check your car if you have a chance. Seafood options to choose with huge crayfish. Only thing. Is drive of staff to fill water is slow.
