We came by for Yum Cha. They don't take bookings but we were there quite early 1100 so we were able to get a table without waiting. There was a line when we left around 1230. The entrance is towards the parking lot in that block of shops. there is a big sign for it. The restaurant is on the first floor so you can either head up the stairs or the elevator.nThe place is quite big but it does get busy. The table had a menu which you order from, you just need to call someone for it. The menu didn't have prices though. They don't have carts going around. We grabbed a few items to share and most of it was nice, particularly the prawn red rice roll. We got about 12 items and it was around $30 per person.nThe food wasn't bad but it can be a bit hard to get someone's attention if you were wanting to order more food.
Food is very nice and lots of dim sum to offer and came very fast and hot. Just outside corner of countdown with plenty of parking. Just to note it’s 90min so check your car if you have a chance. Seafood options to choose with huge crayfish. Only thing. Is drive of staff to fill water is slow.

My first visit. Nice yum cha restaurant with plenty of parking outside and near countdown. Food is good but found the deep fried squid a bit too fishy... egg tarts were nice and freshly baked. Dumplings were delicious. Food is ordered from the menu rather than from the cart. Plenty of space to move around and not squished too closely next to other tables. It was a good dining experience
Had a great party here tonight. Food was amazing. What a busy place! The ladies took good care of us here.
