The year is 2024, recession looms, people are cutting costs, but not King Made Noodles. This place seems to have made their big dishes even bigger, and the quality is exceptional. One of the best bowls of noodles in NZ.nIf you go with a partner, get rice and noodles, also buns or dumplings. You will leave with a full belly and a big smile.

Lovely fresh made noodles, staff are friendly, we ordered pickled cabbage beef noodles soup, beef stir fried noodles, steamed soupy buns, shrimp wonton soup, and three small side dishes set, all dishes were good! Only just a bit too salty for us maybe this is personal preference ! Steamed soupy buns were very nice, next time might try out other steamed buns from menu

This is a current family favourite for spice loving people. We love the braised beef soup. Sezchuan spices are perfectly pitched. The fresh hand made noodles are bouncy. The broth is one that calls you back. The soup dumplings are also good. Last time we also tried the lamb skewers. New fav. Service is excellent, welcoming and hospitable. Atmos is modern cosy and clean.

Always love the restaurant with live performance, this one is typical and classic.nnFirst one opened in the city earlier I think it's before Covid?nnI love the concept of the design, I love the side dishes presentation.nnI love the chef making the noodles right in front of your eyes.nIt's not just a way of cooking, it's also a great show.nnLove it

Delicious hand made noodles.nWould recommend the original beef noodles. If you want me meat with it, just order as extra. Personally I love putting in vinegar and their chili sauce.
