Their Dim Sum offerings are delicious, affordable and the size of dim sum are a little bigger by central Auckland standards, clean environment and easy parking. Their dim sum trolley aunties are all very friendly and chatty. Other staff are quite efficient and friendly. Their beef tendons very soft, no Durian and cream moochi were big and to die for, it’s so irresistible that we ate it and forgot to take photos, their xiao long bao does need improvements, its dry and doughy. Overall we will return for their dim sum service.
Terrible service. I can’t wait longer! 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting just to get some 1 star food. It wasn’t even cooked! This is terrible. Never come here.nn**Restaurant Review - 1 Star**nnI had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were greeted with disorganization — the host seemed overwhelmed and confused, leaving us standing at the entrance for 10 minutes before being seated.nnThe service was painfully slow. Our waiter, though polite, seemed completely uninterested and inattentive. It took 20 minutes just to get our drink orders, and our food didn’t arrive until nearly an hour later. When it did, the presentation was unappetizing, and the quality of the food was subpar at best. My steak, ordered medium-rare, arrived overcooked and tough. The mashed potatoes were bland and lukewarm, and the vegetables were soggy.nnThe restaurant itself was uncomfortable, with an atmosphere that felt more like a cafeteria than a dining experience. The lighting was harsh, and the music was so loud that it made conversation nearly impossible.nnTo top it off, the restrooms were dirty and poorly maintained, which didn’t exactly inspire confidence in the overall cleanliness of the establishment.nnI won't be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible food, slow service, and a generally unpleasant experience all around. Avoid at all costs. I hope we don’t get food poisoning.
Great restaurant with good quality southern Chinese food. Good comfort eating.
Delicious yum cha! Restaurant is clean and service is quick n reliable. Food is piping hot and they have all the classic yum cha options
Came on a Sunday night at 6.30pm and the restaurant was starting to get full. It pays to order early, as we waited more than 30 mins for the first dish to be served. They do provide you with an entre soup and dessert after dinner. The portions are massive, hence the price. Great taste but service could be faster
