Spicy House

Very good quality at a reasonable price. Everything we ordered is on point. I especially enjoyed the sparerib in secret sauce, intestine and sweet and sour pork. White rice comes free when you order. The place is small and has few tables so you have to plan ahead your visit when coming.

You can't go wrong with the Spicy House's chicken or egg fried rice, paired with some spicy chicken or lamb and cumin on the side. I've been coming here since I moved to NZ. Dining in is the best option since the food is served piping hot and tastes much better that way.

If I had the option I probably would have given a 3.5 to this restaurant.nnThe food was pretty tasty however the dumplings lacked flavor.nnService was super fast and staff were polite.nnThey got really busy around 6:00 p.m. They seem very popular with the locals.

The food came out so fast, the first dish came out 2 mins after we ordered. Their spices are so tasty, it doesn’t overpower the food, adds extra flavours to the dishes. Would be great for group gatherings, as you can order more dishes to share, we only had 2 people, 3 dishes was plenty

Taste: amazing. Price: Great. Sadly have to give two stars because I found two hairs in the chicken curry, only got a picture of the second one but the first one was huge and gross.nnDon’t normally leave reviews but this was pretty grim.
