We had a great experience at Spicy House .nFrom the moment we arrived, the hospitality and customer service were warm, friendly, and attentive. The total came to around $95 NZD, and it was absolutely worth it for the quality and satisfaction we got.nnWe ordered several dishes, and most of them were outstanding:nnEgg Fried Rice – Perfectly cooked and beautifully fragrant. The rice had that lovely wok-flavour, with fluffy grains and just the right seasoning. Simple, comforting, and incredibly delicious.nnLamb Cumin– An absolute highlight! The lamb was tender, juicy, and packed with bold cumin and spice. Every bite was bursting with flavour, and it had that addictive aroma that makes you want to keep eating. Truly exceptional.nnSpicy Chicken – Crispy, spicy, and full of flavour. The chicken was cooked perfectly—crunchy on the outside and tender inside—and the spice level was just right, giving it a mouth-watering kick. Definitely one of the best spicy chicken dishes I’ve tried.nnEggplant in Sweet Soup – This was the only dish that didn’t quite meet our expectations. The texture was nice, but the sweet sauce wasn’t to our taste.nnOverall, everything else—from the food to the hospitality—was excellent. Spicy House continues to be a reliable spot for delicious, flavour-packed meals, and we’ll definitely be returning!

It was my first time trying this place but we really loved this place!nAll the dishes that we’ve tried were very delicious and well cooked.nI will definitely come back again soon as I am craving for their food already!nSo far one of the best chinese food I have tried in Auckland

Finally got to try this restaurant after passing by a few times and always seeing it packed. Made me curious, and now I know why!nnThe food is really tasty and suits our palate well. The dishes are rich in flavor and come out pretty fast too.nnThe place isn’t very big, but definitely worth a visit especially if you like spicy food they can also make it non spicy if you prefer.nnHighly recommend trying their Spicy Chicken, super flavorful and addictive!

Limited seating but excellent food and speedy servicennStaff were attentive and made helpful suggestions, all dishes ordered were deliciousnnOne of the few limited options on Christmas day, and was well worth it!nnWould come back again, late close makes it great for a late night snack againnnTheir #1 Chilli chicken was excellent with rice, and salt & pepper tofu was an excellent appetizer to share for twonnAlso got a beef fried noodle, tasty and came out withing 5 minutes of ordering

Great value for money, incredibly fast service. Food came out around 7 or so minutes after ordering! My personal favourite for dishes was the green beans with pork mince and the chilli chicken! We also ordered some chicken fried noodles and combination noodles which were both yum but nothing exceptional. The cucumber salad was nice and fresh and helpful to cut through the spice!! All in all great experience would 100% recommend for anyone wanting to eat out on dominion road
