Tried Chow Foo Restaurant for yum cha and it didn’t disappoint. Walked in and it was packed — always a good sign.nnClassic Guangzhou-style service, just grab whatever looks good we definitely over-ordered. Great variety of sweet, savoury, fried dishes, plus comforting porridge. Also ordered fried green beans and roasted duck from the menu.nnRice rolls, prawn dumplings, and shumai were all solid — generous portions and well-balanced flavours. Would definitely come back

Chow Foo Restaurant is one of the yum cha places we frequent. Pricing is quite reasonable, and if you come outside the peak periods, wait time and parking is generally not an issue.nnTaste-wise, there is little to fault and the overall quality is consistently good. That said, for siu mai, I personally prefer the one from the other yum cha spot near Burswood that always seems to be packed. Even so, Chow Foo holds its own and is actually a little more affordable by comparison.nnOverall, a solid local yum cha option with decent value and convenient parking.

Lunchtime brings the bustling energy of Cantonese yum cha, with a wide variety of dim sum to choose from.  While incredibly busy, the efficient service ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience.nnEvenings transform the space into a haven of Chew style cuisine.  The menu is extensive, offering plenty of variety.  We were particularly impressed by the generous portion sizes and the overall quality of the food.  The Chew style duck is a must-try – a standout dish that perfectly showcases the restaurant's culinary expertise.  Friendly and helpful staff complete the picture, making this a highly recommended spot for both lunch and dinner.

Good varieties of dishes, excellent quality, cheerful customer service, venue us clean also. We were at a wedding reception. The hall could host 120 guests.

The wait time was quite long 30 min for a table, food was decent and prices very reasonable.
