The food at this restaurant was quite delicious, and the flavors were definitely enjoyable. However, the overall dining experience left much to be desired. The tables were placed very close to each other, making the space feel overly cramped and difficult to move around.nnIn addition, the noise level was extremely high, making it almost impossible to have a proper conversation during the meal. It felt more like we were just eating and looking at each other rather than enjoying a relaxed gathering.nnOn top of that, the wait time for the food was quite long. It seemed like there were several events happening at the same time that day, which likely caused the delays. While the food itself was great, improving the seating arrangement, noise levels, and service efficiency would significantly enhance the overall experience.

This place gets super busy during lunchtime and I can understand why. The yumcha is one of the best I’ve had.nnThe restaurant is big but with a large number of Asians gathered it gets very noisy and it was difficult to hear the people at my table speak.nnWe walked-in and waited for around 15 minutes for a table. Service was standard, like any other yumcha place food was pushed around on trolleys. Everything we got was tasty and fresh, except the durian cream buns , which was 90% mock cream and had hardly any durian in it at all.nnI would probably avoid peak hours and enjoy some good food and tea without the noise.

The best yum cha place in Auckland in my opinion, booking in advance is highly recommended! They have the dim sum cart still

They have live lobsters and other seafoods. We selected our size and preferred recipe and they cooked it for us. We ordered few other items from the menu. Everything was so delicious.

A nice Chinese restaurant specialising in dim sum during the day & seafood in the evening.nnWe had an enjoyable dim sum Brunch therennThere is the buzz with many patrons on a early tuesday morningnnPrices are reasonable given the quality & the portion sizes of the dim sum.nnWe had siew mai, har gow, vegetable dumpling, phoenix claws, pork ribs, cheong fun & a large bowl of century egg & pork congee.nnWe had a pot of pu-erh tea, which was nice &  robust unlike other restaurants' weak tea served.nnOur bill came up to only NZD 102nnThe restaurant opens at 10.30 am. It is advisable to come early as it is apparent it is a popular restaurant
