I like this place the room rates are Very reasonable . You are one Minute from Queen street. Lots of great restaurants And some good coffee close by. This is a place I like to stay when I come to auckland.
Close to everything. Staff are really kind. My partner and i really enjoyed our stay and will probably return.
Must be reduced the price to much for this service dirty old furniture but customer service its very good

I've stayed at Ascotia many times, it's usually the cheapest centrally located option when I travel to Auckland CBD for work. Handy to the domain across Grafton Bridge for a run, and within easy walking distance of K-road and High St food options, and lower Queen St. Simple functional good value accommodation.
Nice location, but the parking shouldn't be paid extra
