Ramada Suites

Doesn't look like much from the outside, but a great value hotel in the center of Auckland. Rooms were on the small side, but well equipped with a kitchenette, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a heated towel rack. Staff were very helpful during my stay, and assisted in arranging a day trip that I planned at the last minute. Well done!

We were booked here by our travel agent while on a self drive tour of NZ, parking is a nightmare with only a couple of spots available and have to park so close to wall and other car our car got scrapped and for that we were charged $28 for parking for the night. The location was grimy, felt dodgy, the door handle to our room came off in my hand and the bathroom door was unable to be locked or closed properly. Left a couple of items in my room, my fault, but on my return there a few days later for another night stay, tried to change it but was going to cost more money, was informed the items hadn't been found. On a positive the staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms clean. Would not recommend this hotel.

Great location, a short walk to the city centre without all the noise of being too central. Good communication, as we received an email ahead of our check in. Room was nice although cleaning could do with a little improvement as we still had a few crumbs left over from our breakfast. Facilities were great though! Loved the dish washer and washing machine/dryer.

This hotel doesn't look that great from outside but our room was large clean and comfortable bed. Also has a washing machine fridge toaster and dishwasher. If like us your In transit or city break definitely recomend .

Very comfortable room with good facilities. This is an appartment complex so there is no restaurant and you are very much on your own. However, there are plenty of breakfast bars and restaurants within easy walking distance in the city district so you are well catered for. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. If this is the type of hotel that you are looking for then this one is well worth a try.

Hidden away but still close enough to easily walk to the city. There was not loads of space in the room but more than enough. Having the kitchenette was a real bonus even with a washing m/c for those staying a bit longer. The price being very good and the staff were very friendly.

Nice hotel. I hadn't stayed at a Ramada since I was a kid and they were usually very basic. We had a pretty great room! The kitchen was a great bonus, as well as the washer and dryer. It was in a great location.

I'm happy with my hotel choice while in Auckland! I stayed here 3 nonconsecutive nights and enjoyed it! It is in the center of the CBD, a few minutes walk to the Queen St. SkyBus lounge. Even though it is in the heart of the city, it was quiet and very comfortable! The suite option was grand because I did utilize the kitchenette. There's a washer/dryer in bathroom. The staff were so kind, helpful and friendly! I felt safe especially as a solo traveler! I'd stay here again! Keep up the great work! Thank you!!

The rooms were very clean, had all of the amenities, and were a great location to downtown Auckland. This is the room for you if you want to have quick access to all the fun adventures. The staff was prompt, kind, and very professional.

Nice clean hotel. Late check in until midnight, and arrangements can be made to pick up keys later if flights delayed. Parking is restricted, but available, staff friendly and helpful borrowed an umbrella in rain storm. Decent coffee next door, walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, theatres, Sky City and all of Auckland downtown.
