Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any place. This website will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This place is one of the best in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you definitely won't be disappointed. Great Location, and just over a 5 minute walk to Victoria coach station. Perfect location if you are sight seeing in London, within walking distance to Buckingham Palace. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean & comfortable. One thing for us was that the window did not open so no fresh air..

You know what I would of give this place a good 4/5 if it wasn’t for the mouldy crumpets at breakfast. The room was clean, staff were friendly, location ideal for what we needed. On the door step to Victoria coach stations. Just breakfast, there should not be mouldy crumpets amongst what was sold as a fresh breakfast. Once reported they were taken away. However there was no apology etc at time nor since. Given the fact we also paid extra for the breakfast it does leave you feeling a tad sick. On another note tho the rest of breakfast was ok, cereals fruit and traditional help your self English. Fresh juice and instant coffee. Would have been worth the price.
Well appointed mid-range hotel in the centre of London; breakfast was great and the room clean and tidy with a comfortable bed and a good temperature. Maria on front desk was great and couldn’t have been more helpful but all of the staff were brilliant. The ability to leave baggage at the start and/or end of one’s stay is particularly useful.
Somewhat enjoyed my stay at Premier Inn. Arrived early and managed to do an early check in for £10. Good for a quick shower and out the door again. Room was a bit iffy though. The bed was big but ate so much of the room, I had to shimmy sideways past the curtains to get from one side of the room with toilet, to the other side with the cupboard. I suspect vacuum is tough with those tight corners as I found a used sock under the curtains that weren't mine. It feels safe as entry in the wee hours was by card. To get to the inner rooms also required. It is in a decent neighbourhood after all. Location wise not too bad. Approx 7 minutes to get to Victoria Station at a brisk pace. The bus interchange is there too. You walk past some shops and a theatre so it doesn't feel too boring. Quite a number of restaurants for breakfast and dinner. It even has a supermarket just around the corner. That's if I do get bored of the breakfast, which consist of the same sausages/eggs/bread combo everyday. Overall, a great place to stay if you are looking for a decent place at an affordable budget. Rooms: Room was a bit iffy though. This premier inn was fab, we arrived in around 4 in the morning and booked for the previous night and the night staff were so lovely, obviously we would’ve been tired due to travelling all morning so they ensured that our check in was as quick and smooth as possible. We stayed in a premier plus room as that is what was available at the time of booking and the price wasn’t that different from the normal rooms but the premier plus room was fantastic, it was small but had very cool features and the shower was really nice and a good temperature. The location of the premier inn was fab, there was the Victoria underground which I would say was about a 6 minute walk. Would definitely recommend if you need somewhere to stay in London
The room was just okay, not particularly clean, a little pricey for what it was, but larger than many rooms in the UK and EU. The step in and out of the shower/bathtub would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues and is a little scary on a wet floor- very high up. The breakfast was decent selection but just okay quality wise. Good location near Victoria Station though
The location of the hotel is really good . You are really close to the centre of London . Nearby you’ll find Victoria coach station and underground station. The room was very good compared to other London hotels. The bathroom was also decent . I definitely think that the windows should be opened because of lack of fresh air . Also the breakfast is just standard English breakfast, don’t expect a big variety. I think the highlight of this hotel is its location. Thank you Premier inn!
Located right by Victoria Station and lobby staff very friendly and welcoming. Room comfortable and breakfast was great. Chef had lovely proper fried eggs and moist black pudding. I was impressed for a chain hotel. Thank you.Rooms: 5/5
Premier Room ? First room heating did not work so moved two rooms down. Second Room As soon as we walked in it had a musty smell, carpet near bathroom looked very dirty, the fan in the bathroom did not work We reported this two days later nothing had been done. Every time we went out and came back the room was smelly, no windows would open so no fresh air, we could not get our wet coats to dry, There was stains on the bed. Stains on curtains Mould growing in one corner Black mould, and above windows. Bathroom very small. Toilet seat broke, when you sat down it moved to one side the only thing stopping you falling off was the walls wear so tight on each side. The room was dirty every where was dusty. The bar, there was no draft beer when you could get served but most times there was no one to serve you, one evening we stood at the bar after a long day out, no staff was serving, then a member walked past, she came back 5 minutes later and walked past I asked if any one was serving, she replied yes me and walked away to not be seen again after waiting 15 minutes we gave up. The restaurant, staff was very nice well I mean the one member, the food was very slow, service was good but very slow as he was alone, once you had ordered there was no chance of getting a second drink, food was very average, burnt poppadom. Lift to floor 5 not working so you had to take a lift to floor 4 then struggle up stairs with luggage with a walking stick, this had to be done every time we left the room or came back. Cleaner left bags of rubbish and washing laundry trollies in the hallways and blocking the stairs. We spoke to a staff member about the room and she told me the fan is working but some guests can not hear it, The fan was not working.
