Every experience I’ve had with 99 Bikes Blackburn has been superb! Bought all my bike gear here and everyone was so helpful in helping me choose gear within my budget. Have also been back for tunes ups, a stuck chain, tire fill up, to purchase other thing, and each time has been quick, smooth, and easy. Shout out to Sid, Wen, Hamish, and a couple other guys whose names I don’t know so sorry!- you guys are so awesome and kind, thanks for all your help! Really appreciate everything.
I had a fantastic experience today with James at the Blackburn Store. Hadn't owned a bike since being a teenager and he answered all my questions and displayed the various models that might be suited to my needs. Recommended to have a rough idea of the sort of riding and budget you have. I was given a test ride when I had almost made up my mind . James explained in detail the servicing needs going forward and I walked out happily with my new bike.
Had a very pleasant dealings with 99 bikes Blackburn, spoke to Daniel and he went above and beyond with the purchase of my sons new bike for his birthday, Daniel was extremely friendly and helpful and called us back multiple times to get the order spot on. 10/10 service thanks again
