Outstanding sales and service. My mum came in yesterday and picked an ebike for her birthday and it's already been delivered one day later. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and I can't thank you enough for that.

Daniel, is a fantastic sales person at the 99 Bikes shop, Blackburn. Excellent service, honest, down to earth and knows his product. On my first visit, I came in store, just to get some general information about the bike I would need. Not only did I get that from Daniel, it was delivered professionally and with confidence, which gave me the confidence to buy. A great shop, atmosphere and well worth a trip if you need a bike. Appreciate the service and will be back again.

Good service and nice staff. I was so surprised that they fixed my bike on the weekend because some bike shop only does service on weekdays. Also, I booked service online just 2 days before. They have a lot of staff, so it's easy to meet with their schedule. I was so satisfied. Highly recommended.

I experienced outstanding service today from Wen in the service area. After noticing I had a frayed shift cable  and a cycling event the next day, I called 99Bikes in Blackburn… they reshuffled the schedule and managed to fix my bike to get me back on the road in time. And the price was great! Excellent effort. Thanks!

Just wanted to say thanks to the very friendly staff members Anthony and the team for the professional advice and services. Purchased a tyre and a set of bike cables, and found out they have also given me a set of cable-end without me asking . Will 100% return for more purchase.

Top customer service from 99 Blackburn as always. Went in to purchase a new saddle that is similar in profile to one I currently own, unfortunately nothing in stock. Ken took the saddle to the back and a few minutes later presented me with a bunch of spare saddles of similar profile and was happy to me to take them free of charge. He advised that it's a generic/OEM model and these usually come with bikes and aren't often for sale. Glad to finally find a LBS with such high standard of customer service. Thanks Ken, Andrew and the rest of 99 Blackburn team!

I have had mixed experiences here. 1 time I walked in with a loose cassette expecting to have to buy a tool to fix it but they fixed it on the spot for no charge. Second experience was to have my sons bike serviced, about half of what I paid for was done but the gears were not indexed and a faulty brake was not fixed despite them saying they did all they could without  replacing the rotor. My son and I then re-indexed the gears ourselves and cleaned the brake rotor which fixed that too. Nice people but hit and miss bike repairs.

The workshop team helped locate the right crank bolt for my bike even with my terrible description. It's a real benefit to have all your past purchases and workshop installs on record. Better yet, the only payment for the bolt and great service was this Google review.

I have just had a Norco mountain bike serviced by the team at Blackburn and can’t speak highly enough of the service provided by Anthony who from the initial call through to drop off of the bike and then collection was excellent. He went out of his way to spend time correctly setting the bike up for me, provided advice on preventative maintenance, directed me to the right tools and then forwarded links on where to ride. Thanks again Anthony, your service was first class!

Excellent and friendly service by all 3 staff members I dealt with.  A friend recommended the store to me and I have now recommended it to 3 friends. Great range of bikes and accessories at competitive prices.
