Great customer service! Had a fault with my old bike and brought it in for an appraisal. Elliot from the service department was absolutely brilliant. He treated me like a VIP customer and after investigating the the issues, told me and action plan and the cost to repair it. He was professional, clear, honest, and helpful. I highly recommend that if you have any issue with your bike you take it to Elliot! And I hope his management see this post too :-

I've had my bike serviced there a few times now and made a few purchases. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are reasonable. I always get my bike back in good shape so I'm happy with what I'm getting. Although sometimes I find the staff forget to follow up with you on queries they say they need to investigate e.g. availability of parts, so you need to stay on top of them.

Great shop for new bikes, service and parts. The team is always helpful, knowledgable, great for advise and prices are reasonable. I shop here rather than wasting time online as the price is reasonable, the parts are available and that way it our family can keep riding rather than waiting for deliveries etc.

I did a bike fit with Rob who put me in a much more comfortable, powerful, and efficient position. Rob and the others are always super helpful and generous with their time, and consistently go out of their way to ensure a great outcome. Very grateful!

Friendly guys! Bought some pedals, went home to swap them onto the bike, old pedals were seized and my little IKEA hex wasn't doing the job. Called and then came back to the store half an hour before close and they helped me swap them over no fuss, no cost. Really grateful for that!

well, 2 days back I emailed in a simple stock inquiry, no reply to the email, ignored. So right now, I try twice by the actual phone number 95729222...call goes straight to elevator music at ear-splitting volume. No human voice not even a recorded one. Google does show the store open today, ie Thursday 22-9, even though not tomorrow, so I assume someone is actually there. They did actually pick up the phone at Mentone Superstore minutes back even though they too have ignored the email enquiry I made 72 hours ago.. So...with Carnegie..can't find out if an item is in stock by email...can't get anyone to pick up phone. See...I'm funny this way...I'd rather find out if item is in stock via phone/email/semaphore flags /carrier pigeon b4 riding there 10 kms and back for nothing while towing a bike trailer...which is exactly what happened when I rocked up impromptu at Mentone store yesterday afternoon. Anyway, in case anyone there reads this at least. Peddlers 27.5" tubes Schrader valve, advertised special on website ..yo, youse confirm got any? ph 97117548. UPDATE, 15 mins later. Re Carnegie store...elevator music still playing. No pickup.Cannot stand loud elevator music on loop any longer. Hangs up. What is it with these Superstore joints? Do they really not give a **** ? UPDATE Sunday 25-9..10.02am..Google shows store opening today 10am...call 95729222...endless elevator music loop.

They didn’t give me the time of day. Went in ready to buy a bike and pretty much got laughed at. They only really serve those who fit the part of a bike rider.

I purchased an Orbea Orca road bike in this store - staff were helpful and any questions I had were answered in detail. We managed to work out a great deal and I'm very satisfied with both the product and the experience.
