Had the bike serviced yesterday and took it for a spin today. It feels like a new bike - smooth and quiet! All those pesky noises and rattles are gone... They had the right parts to replace, they knew what to do, and completed the service on time. Oh, nice and friendly people as well. Highly recommended.

Thanks to Leon and the team. I drove an hour and half into the city to giant Ormond for a Bike fit on the recommendation of a friend. Very happy with that. In addition he pointed out a lot of safety issues with my bike I wouldn’t have other wise noticed which I was very happy with. I ended up getting a bike service with him and the giant Ormond team. Leon and the giant Ormond team are very knowledgeable and I couldn’t recommend them enough. The drive was well worth it, it will be my new bike store thanks guys

There is no way someone could leave less than 5 stars for Giant Ormond. Everyone there knows what they're doing and I think it's the best bike shop in Melbourne.  If Chris is working on your bike, you're in good hands; same goes for all the other mechanics. They have a good selection of other equipment like clothing, shoes, wheels etc..give it a visit.

Amazing customer service as always! I always feel the whole team treats me with respect and are always happy to help even  as a woman in a male dominated sport.

Always a great experience at Giant Ormond.  Leon and his team have always been fantastic and take the time to look after you, even when things are hectic.  Great talking to Conner and the team,  getting advice on some new trails to ride.  Passionate cyclists with great customer service.

Their price on my daughter's new mountain bike was good.  Delivery took a long time but par for the course lately.  At pickup just before Christmas they were fairly busy but the staff served customers in turn and made sure I was looked after.

Love Giant Ormond. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you get the right bike and have everything you need for riding and racing

Great to deal with Max was very helpful bought 4 bikes of these guys in the past month for myself my wife and and my kids. Easy smooth sales unlike some of there competitors. Definitely would recommend.

Leon and the team are amazing. I tried a DIY fix and totally messed it up. Thought I would drop it off to pick it back up in a while as the team are flat out. They had an opening and fixed my issue in 60mins. The team are amazing. I would recommend them to anyone on the Bayside area. Fantastic if I could give 10 stars I Would!!!!!

Fantastic service, very helpful and knowledgeable staff, also the shop is full of new bikes! I am a regular customer and this visit was one of many positive experiences I had in the past.
