The team at Electric Bikes Superstore were great. Michael from the store showed me all the different bikes and options. I test rode about 6 bikes before choosing the right one for me, the Earth T-Rex. I have been riding it 22kms into the city on Gardner Creek bike path. I cruises at 28-30kmsHr, but with effort I can keep it in the high 30s. It is a great bike. Paul

Highly recommend this store. James has always given me exceptional service and advise. He has fantastic knowledge and a willingness to help. I love e bike riding and will always up grade my equipment here with their excellent quality, range and price.

I had to visit James in Braeside again after my battery in my Easy Bike stopped working. I had enquired everywhere and it seems they are no longer made or at least brought to Australia. Other shops suggested I buy a whole new bike, but James changed the connecting plugs and made some other adjustments to the housing so a generic battery now fits. Excellent service at a very reasonable price! Previously, about 2 years ago, he had found out where my wiring break had been when again other shops had failed and had suggested an entire new loom! James is exceptionally knowledgeable about electric bikes and great at repairs!

James couldn't be more helpful. Bought a bike for my wife in Feb. she loves having a normal geared bike with the ability to use power up hills. Highly recommend this shop for servicing. Excellent value. Thanks James.
