I assembled my bike but found a black cable ending with a small black cylinder with a red band. I could not figure out where it fits so I contacted customer service and spoke to Phil who requested photos which I duly sent. He promised to email me a manual together with advice on where to fit the cable. So far I've heard nothing. I phoned the Tweed Heads store but they had no clue. Not impressed!
Went to get a puncture repaired. On the spot - solved. As a member it cost me $20.90 tube and labour. Noddy in the workshop was extremely helpful - under pressure with phone ringing and jobs waiting. He mentioned my brake pads were thin. So I also picked up replacement pads $20 for 4. Overall positive experience and job done.
Good store - needed some tubes they had the right size - not all stores carry this size - i found them online and confirmed stock before i made the trip - easy price was reasonable / competitive. Store staff friendly and helpful
Definitely no other place to get your bike fixed. Jerome & Johno the most helpful, accommodating, efficient & friendly guys around. I just landed on their doorstep with bike issues & straight away they fitted me in, fixed the problems & I was on my way. They have a very busy business but the guys went over & above. Thank You, keep the great work up.
Service and quality of products were excellent. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the bike assembly went really wrong. Screws in the front wheel and the steering were left loose and I nearly fell off to hurt myself as I was riding the bike.
