Brought the JetBlack Ultralite Low Profile MTB Pedals Oil Slick at a fantastic club price. Thinking I could fit them on my Cannondale mountain bike I found that it needed a special bike wrench. I called the store and Marco told me to take the bike in and he would install the new pedals. Not only did Marco fit the pedals on he also fixed an issue with the gears. He didn’t charge anything. This is what I call customer service and making sure the customer experience is what counts.
I go there regularly to buy accessories. I maintain my bikes myself but they have great prices and the team are super helpful. Turn around on online orders is always fast and it’s always just a really good experience
