Bought some new bike shoes and pedals at 99 Bikes Bentleigh store from extremely helpful staff member Marco. Returned a month later requesting to have them fitted. Marco was again fantastic and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend this store for great products and excellent customer service.
Amazing service and experience from the Bentleigh crew. Christmas Eve came in for a broken front derailleur, which required a bit of ingenuity to get going for the holidays. Helped with a warranty claim on a paint defect frame which resulted in a whole new bike.nCombined with excellent service when purchasing bikes for Xmas presents, the whole team were absolutely fantastic with a busy store.nPaul has been a fantastic help throughout and would definitely recommend the store to others.
Big call-out to the servicing department at Bentleigh 99 bikes who had to go above and beyond the call of duty to fix the squeal on my bike brakes on Sat 7th March morning. He replaced the pads and rotor installed on a previous service, bedded them all while serving a bunch of other customers, and he was on his own.nMulti-tasking to the max!
Marco was great.n4:30pm Saturday - Fitted my oldest grandson with his new helmet. Marco told him he'll quickly be riding without needing training wheels. That was a GREAT CONFIDENCE BOOSTER.nMarco then took my order for the bikes my other grandkids tested 4-6 weeks ago.nnNOON SUNDAYnThe new bikes were collected from Bentleigh Store. The staff member was extremely attentive, triple checking everything was in order before the bikes were loaded into the car.nBy 2pm SUNDAY The oldest boy was trying his bike, no training wheels. Needed help to balance, but will quickly get the hang of it. He had his first, tiny tumble, which we all celebrated with great joy. [Because everyone who rides, will fall off sometime.]nnI could not be happier with the service, from every staff member.nI visited a few times before making my purchases.nThank you everyone at 99 Bikes.
