This was the most amazing shopping experience ever! If you want a help with your bike the guys at 99 Bikes Bentleigh are awesome. Andrew needs a payrise or promotion - he spent so much time with me setting me up with my new road bike and nothing was too much trouble. Expert knowledge, really friendly and great advice. I was really worried about getting a road bike because I didn't know much about them, but Andrew was a total legend and made me feel at ease. If I could rate them 10 stars I would.

Bought a bike from here and have only used it twice ( only about 4 miles both times ) 
The first trip out the handlebars fell off and the second time out the pedal fell off !! 
Also the rear gear selector just does whatever it wants, it won't stay in one gear. 
The sales staff seem knowledgable but whoever puts the bikes together needs to learn how to assemble the bikes properly.

Excellent service as usual from 99 bikes.

I bought a bike from this store for my daughter and the customer service and bike quality is equally as good as the Werribee store.

The staff were happy let my daughter try the bike and were not phased by my questions like other bike stores.

Most of its stock are pretty much generic. Better call them if you're looking for a specific part.
