Great service, great bikes, always shop with Hampton and am never disappointed. They strive to go above and beyond and have first class knowledge of cross, road and MTB. Keep up the great work guys!

Minimal communication between staff when they place a buyer's name in the book to call them on an item for a full package, and then another staff member sells all to someone else. Store Policy quoted: "Products aren't considered sold unless payment received. " Pity it didn't include: "In the event that the customer is waiting to hear back from staff about additional items in order, to collect and pay for total package, it is to be held for 24 hours. " Not very professional staff, bad communication and poor setup to support sale of their high-end items. Don't waste your time.

Was looking to buy a few bike parts, but they treat you like a bum if your not spending hundreds of dollars, Save your time and money. Many more places with reasonable prices and good customer service.

Over the years I have purchased a couple of road bikes a mountain bike and my kids bikes. Always enjoy dropping in having a chat to Damo and the crew. Great knowledge on all aspects of cycling, maintenance and nutrition. Keep up the great work guys!
