Do not buy north face jackets here the quality is bad or seem fake. Feathers coming out everywhere all the time! Waranty service wasnt helpful as they said its normal?! Was advised to massage it back and use sticky tape. Waste of $500.

Don't both shopping at Anaconda. We drove 1 hour for a click and collect after the website said the store Highett had stock. The store manager on duty, said the stock was not available, and nothing could be done. Wasted time and effort.

I went to Anaconda Highett recently and upon arrival I was blown away by the excellent customer service provided by the entire team! Sarah spent ample time to make sure I had everything I needed for a future holiday as well as providing excellent well informed suggestions for things I had not even considered that ended up making the whole trip! Sarah and the team made it a great welcoming experience and I will definitely come back for any future outdoor equipment.

Last Friday I went to Anaconda store in Highett. I consider Anaconda one of the best places to buy outdoor activity gear. In the store I was assisted by Alex who was really friendly and gave me lots of professional advice and provided a very detailed information about the items I was after. It was particularly interesting to learn more about fishing gear and all related stuff, Alex is a natural expert in that. I bought what I wanted and was offered a massive discount which I was extremely happy about. I am very glad I met Alex on that day and I enjoyed my shopping at Anaconda.

Couldn't fault this store, it has everything. The sales assistant Jenny was very helpful and her knowledge of the products was fantastic. Definitely my go to store now!!

I headed to Anaconda Highett today for some complicated swap/refund enquires. Shout out to Nicholas who served me over the counter. Nicholas was extremely friendly and very patient with my questions. He carefully went through my enquires and I left the store happily with all my issues sorted. Thumbs up!!!

A larger Anaconda store that has a larger selection onsite. It's located in a group of shops in off Nepean highway next to a KFC Store  that includes an Officeworks Store which means you can compete for car parking. Not one of the larger stores and quite often when you order a item like a larger sized coat it has to be ordered in from another store. Has a disabled parking area and disabled access to the store. I use this store and its online store quite frequently for outdoor camping equipment or Bar Bq supplies. The staff have a good idea of whats in stock and what aisles its located in.

Huge Camping and Hiking Store - really big range. The week day staff seem to be the fulltimers, they know their stuff - they were welcoming and greeted us upon entry, however the weekend staff all seemed pretty young and mostly useless.  I've shopped around and asked around for what the best camping non-hiking gear store is in Melbourne - Anaconda is definitely number 1 or equal to it.  Really big range of tents instore, with display, then the durable canvas ones are outside and set up. I got one from out there and I'm so stoked with it. Was $799 but we got it on sale price for $455.  Signed up to the Anaconda club and got a further $10 off.  Really happy and the staff shared out enthusiasm, which was fun!  Will be going back for many years to come.

Great store with plenty of stock and quality items which are easy to find.
